It's Doctor Who, could it be that simple? Why is the TARDIS confused? You heard it right, we're all confused.

Also, does anyone know what order this season was filmed?

Hey Shan part two and the mystery deepens this was the same mystery that kept me hooked back in 2011 so don’t feel bad and you were right Amy is a terrible shot. Matty wore a glued-on beard, which was difficult to peel off. It doesn’t suit him IMO As I’m sure you know Arthur Darvill would later infiltrate a moon launch in Legends of Tomorrow. A English guy with a long coat who can time travel went to the moon, sound familiar lol So if you think about it how many of us have killed a member of “The Silence” then forgotten about it and carried on with our day. Maybe not us but definitely our parents/grandparents generation. You skipped the ending of my last comment! Speaking of reactors doing cool things I still can’t get over Domi actually meeting Sarah Michelle Gellar, I’m still jealous, I’ve only met Amber Benson and she was lovely. She hugged my friend. It’s nice to see you’re on the same journey as the rest of us, no spoilers, have fun and enjoy the ride. Like a rollercoaster. Australia has those right? Solid 2.5 roses for both parts combined. Until next time. I’m out

I really enjoyed this 2 parter. I loved the idea of using the gap in audio of Neil Armstrong's speech. I think The Silence are interesting too. At this point Doctor Who was just hitting it's peak viewer ratings in the US, so for the first time ever Doctor Who went on location in the U.S. for this story. While not wanting to cater to a U.S., the BBC did still want to try to cultivate further the growing U.S. audience to boost world wide viewership

Originally Mark Sheppard was to wear old age makeup in order to play the 2011 version of his 1969 character. Instead, at Mark's suggestion, William Morgan Sheppard (Mark's father) was cast for the part. (Kind of like they did on Monarch with the Russells) This episode is dedicated to Elisabeth Sladen (Sarah Jane Smith), who died a few days before its original airing.

My dad saw the moon landing in 1969 when he was 10, now we might be going back to the moon soon. But my dad never mentioned the "kill us all on sight" thing, although I have a strange feeling one of those alien things might be - Sorry what I was talking about, and why am I holding a knife with alien blood on it and my other hand covered in the same- Sorry what was I saying again?

Mind-controlling all of humanity into committing genocide against the Silence without even knowing they were doing it is probably the most ruthless thing the Doctor has ever done. Eleven acts like this goofy, funny character most of the time, but under that, he can be absolutely cut-throat and cold-blooded.
