Hello there Shan. How’s the weather where you are? From what I’ve heard the crew of Scrubs would occasionally hold contests to see who could eat the most disgusting thing. Many members of the cast actually chowed down on the egg salad that the Janitor and Troy bathed in. Carla's head glowing and J.D.'s head melting is a reference to the opening of the Ark of the Covenant on Raiders of the Last Ark. The almost perfect trilogy, that’s right there is only 3 Spielberg Indiana jones movies. 3. No more. No less. Snoop Dogg resident appears in the background of at least ten shots in this episode, I think he’s a secret agent trying to steal the show from behind the main characters on screen. He was also in two places at once in the previous episode. The janitor is my favourite character, he doesn’t stand for any mess haha see what I did there and I didn’t even mean to!

What is with sniffing women, two shows Gus on Psych and now JD sniffing a nurse, didn’t they realize that was creepy, unless they were going for creepy. A match made in hell with Dr. Kelso and the Todd, glad he went on the trip at the end. JD was a blabbermouth in this episode, glad Carla told the nurse what he did at the end. The Janitor is awesome, Dr. Cox is still the best.
