Robin falling for Clara on sight, can't really blame him. Sheriff is a pervert, but now he's melted down.

Good Moro fair thee lady of the west I’m not a hero. Says the Doctor as he sword fights Robin Hood gets into an arrow contest and helps take down the evil sheriff of Nottingham. Ask yourself what is a Hero, I would surmise it is simply a Good Man. When the Doctor is showing Robin Hood pictures of Robin Hood he includes a promo photo of Patrick Troughton in black and white. He was the second Doctor and the first actor to play Robin Hood on television. I found out in Doctor Who Extra, Peter Capaldi celebrated his 56th birthday during the filming of this episode. And he was presented with a Dalek-themed birthday cake. Peter Capaldi and Ben Miller have worked together before on Paddington 2 and they previously co-starred in the stage version of The Ladykillers. Clara states that she's from Blackpool, just like Jenna Coleman. Blackpool is nothing special it’s an area of England known for lively nights out, (stag nights mostly) the Tower Ballroom and Pleasure Beach, a popular tourist spot when the sun comes out. Ben Miller was once asked by the BBC if he would be interested in playing The Doctor. He indicated he was, but heard nothing further. Maid Marian was waiting for 40 days and 40 nights behind the big blue box waiting for the Doctor and Clara to say their goodbyes. Forgettable episode really not one I rewatch thanks for watching. Heater from me. See ya later alligator.

"I am the Doctor, and this is my spoon! Enguard!" My favourite line. I understand why the Doctor is quick to dismiss Robin Hood as a real person, even though he is seeing the man, cause the Doc is a scientist as well as a time traveller, and some scientists are big closed minded in my opinion. Also I have just heard that this Doctor is more back to basics one, being rude and more alien then some of predecessors, which I think makes sense as this body is the first in a new set of regenerations.

Also I don't much Robin Hood myself, apart from the basics. Though I have seen the animated Disney version where there all animals, the one with Kevin Costner and Alan Rickman, and I've also seen the new "The Death of Robin Hood" with Hugh Jackman playing him. Also can we all agree Clara is really beautiful in this episode?
