Glad you enjoyed this one, Ames! The Emissary is one of my favorites! I thought Suzie Plakson did a great job as special emissary K'Ehleyr. All her wardrobe changes, lol!! (I don't know how K'Ehleyr fit all those outfits with her in that Class 1 probe!! 😂) TNG does such a good job of focusing the spotlight on each of the major characters. I love it! We've seen it with Picard, Riker, and Data. This time it was Worf's turn. Worf's "option" was such a good idea, and his Klingon wardrobe was outstanding!! Those final words from Worf to K'Ehleyr were powerful!

I dumped apple and paramount as separate apps. I found i can subscribe to them as channels in prime and use the prime interface to access the same content same price. Not sure if same option available and canada but if it is, might help you use those sources with some greater ease.

This is the perfect episode to showcase just how good Michael Dorn was on this show. (In retrospect, it was criminal how underutilized he was in the first season. His make-up in the first season was also not doing him any favors.) Anyway, starting around season 2 is when he became one of the cast highlights for me. One of my other cast favorites, Data, also turned it up a notch around season 2. Similar to Michael Dorn, I feel like Brent Spiner hadn't quite perfected his character in the earlier episodes.

I'm watching TNG on Netflix in The Netherlands and it syncs perfectly with yours, even the length of the commercial black outs, which didn't with another reactor also on Netlfix (USA tho), so I'm hoping you keep watching on this platform.

Preaching to the Horse's Mouth

Space soap opera! Seriously though, probably one of my favourite episodes across the entire series. Probably my stone favourite from within S2, although the next episode you've got on the docket absolutely slaps also. K'Ehleyr is something of a fan favourite, she's so sassy with that big beaming smile and we adore her. The actress, Suzy Plakson, is great. She puts so much personality into her performance. See you Thursday, A 🫡🖖

One of my favorite episodes of S2. A good final scene. "I will not be complete without you." S1 "Haven" and and S2 "Manhunt" were Lwaxana (Deanna's Betazoid mother) episodes giving some info on Betazoids.

I’ll say it, I’ve got no class. She’s hot. And not ‘for a Klingon’.

One of the best episodes of Season 2 with expansion on Klingon culture. It's one of the most interesting by far!
