- Cybertruck in Paris...

- Indonesian Energy Minister Bahlil Lahadalia confirmed plans to export EV nickel-based material to Tesla. Per Bahlil, "We will export precursor to the U.S. by next month to Tesla, from Weda Bay."

- Contractor Jaimes Industries shared update pics of Tesla's progress on the stunning new 54,000-square-foot Center in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. This use to be a Barnes and Noble.

- Tesla released their 3Q Autopilot safety report. They posted 1 crash for every 7.08 million miles driven using Autopilot. For drivers who were not using Autopilot, Tesla recorded one crash for every 1.29 million miles driven. That is an increase of 1.28 million miles compared to last year.

- Puerto Rico's Genera PR announced that Tesla won a $225 million 430 MW Megapack project. Tesla Puerto Rico will finalize the details of the contract after approval by the Fiscal Oversight Board and the Authority for Public-Private Partnerships. Installation of the units will begin in Vega Baja, Cambalache, Costa Sur, San Juan, Palo Seco, Yabucoa and Aguirre. The project is expected to be operational by the end of 2025.

- Tesla Energy is on the road in the Midwest. Minneapolis installers received exclusive training on Tesla's inverter technology and more. They will be in North Chicago and Peoria this week.

- The US Referral Program has lowered the Buyer and Loyalty benefits for new Model 3 and Y orders $500., down from $1,000.

- Elon and Tesla are facing a lawsuit from Alcon Entertainment, producers of 'Blade Runner 2049,' for using the above AI generated pic for the 10/10 Robotaxi event. Alcon says Tesla wanted to use an actual scene from the movie, but Alcon said no. They claim Tesla used the original image as training data to generate a similar AI image. Alcon also alleges that Tesla, Elon, and Warner Bros Digital have infringed on copyright and caused "a massive economic theft."

To be clear, it is not a scene from the actual movie or a render of the movie. The image is not owned by Alcon Entertainment. That is not Ryan Gosling. And I'm fairly certain anyone could make that image in 30 seconds with any AI image generator. The image was displayed for 11 seconds during the event.

- Rumor mill has it that Flight 6 will be in November. Starship 31 has already preformed its static fire. Super Heavy Booster 13 left Mega Bay 1 and rolled to the OLM. Road closure for possible static fire is tomorrow from 6:00 p.m. to midnight CST. Back up dates are the 24th and 25th from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This goes to show how well Pad A held up to Flight 5.

Countdown to 144 (98 - Falcon 9, 2 - Falcon Heavy, and 3 - Starship):

• Launch 104! Tuesday, 22nd of October, at 6:52 p.m. ET, Falcon 9 Starlink 6-61 will launch from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral, Florida. The booster will land on drone ship A Shortfall of Gravitas in the Atlantic Ocean.

• Launch 105! Thursday, 24th of October, at 10:13 a.m. PT, Falcon 9 NROL-167 will launch from Space Launch Complex 4E (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. This is the suspected fourth batch of satellites for a reconnaissance satellite constellation built by SpaceX and Northrop Grumman for the National Reconnaissance Office to provide imaging and other reconnaissance capabilities. The booster will land on drone ship Of Course I Still Love You in the Pacific Ocean.

• Launch 106! Saturday, 26th of October, at 5:47 p.m. ET, Falcon 9 Starlink 10-8 will launch from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral, Florida. The booster will land on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean.

- Qatar Airways (@qatarairways) announced they have activated Starlink on the first Boeing 777. Aboard the 777, a video call was held by Airline execs using the new Starlink Aviation with Elon who was using Starlink Residential.

- Optus, Australia, announced they are a authorized reseller of Starlink. Their new service will be called Satellite Internet for business, and will be offered to enterprise and small business customers uncapped regardless of how many employees are at a company. Users must have the Starlink Business Kit. The service will include full Optus support for installation, billing, troubleshooting, and help-desk services along with prioritized support from Starlinks help-desk.

- Kosovo’s telecommunications authority, ARKEP, said it has authorized Starlink to launch its service in the country. Per ARKEP, "This authorization represents an important step for the advancement of the digital infrastructure in the country and offers numerous opportunities for providing Internet access in every location of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo."

- Textron Aviation announced the addition of Starlink Aviation for their Beechcraft King Air B200 and B300 series and Cessna Citation 560XL series aircraft following the FAA's issuance of AeroMech’s Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for Starlink.

- This morning Gregory Owens (@GregJeffOwens), along with X's Global Head of Safety, Global Head of Compliance and Regulatory Legal, Content Compliance Lead, and the UK Head of Advertising & Partnerships, hosted an update on Maintaining a Healthy X. They shared insights on platform safety, safe user experience, innovative measures and automation, integrity and safe interactions on X.

- iOS users will soon be able to gift X premium subscriptions.

- According to Aaron (@aaronp613), X is working on making the bottom screen tab bar visible during immersive video playback for iOS users.

- Aaron also found that X will let you disable the post swipe gestures once the feature launches.

- Internal documents from the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) show their Annual Priorities includes "Kill Musk's Twitter" with a goal to trigger regulatory action. The documents also show the CCDH held private conferences with liberal groups organizing against Elon. Members included Congressman Adam Schiff's office, Biden State Department officials, Canadian MP Peter Julian, and Media Matters for America. The CCDH was founded by British political advisor Morgan McSweeney, who is currently working as an advisor for the Kamala Harris campaign.

- Shannon Tomei from McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, won yesterday's $1 million for signing Elon's America PAC petition.

- 11 former Republican lawmakers, Justice Department officials, and advisers sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland asking for him to investigate Elon's handing out of the $1 million cash prizes to swing state voters. The letter argues that the prizes established by Musk as part of his effort to help elect former President Donald Trump violate laws against paying people to register to vote. "We are aware of nothing like this in modern political history. We recognize that they are framed as payments for signing a petition, or for referring voters who sign. But many of the payments are restricted to registered voters, so anyone who wishes to get paid must first register."
