■ TESLA $TSLA ($239.43, -10.42%):

- The FSD (Supervised) Early Access Program started rolling out last night. Check you Tesla App and see if you have access. If so, give access to allow Tesla to review your historical vehicle data. Review the pdf consent form and agreement. Then click enroll. That's it! It will appear at the bottom of the app where the hardware and software data is located. If you click on it, you will have access to prompt out. This program is allowing some FSD users to play a roll and give feedback on new features, I assume before updates are released and go live.

- PepsiCo Tesla Semi by Arthur (@ArthurFromX) and truth seeker (@TeslaTomMY1).

- Tesla's updated Safety Score now measures excessive speeding as driving over 85 mph or speeding relative to vehicles ahead, using 23 billion miles of collision data to predict crash risk. This score is available for Tesla Insurance users.

- On April 12th, the Austin Tesla Club (@AustinTeslaClub) is hosting their 2nd annual Cybertruck Rodeo at the DOMO Dove Nest Motorsports Club in Gatesville, Texas. They are ending rebates for Tesla products through the Good Energy program, reviewing and potentially canceling 90 Yukon government Starlink accounts, and canceling their X account. Pillai has already deactivated his X account.

Queensland’s peak battery discharge is now at 475 MW, up from 150 MW a year ago. Of note, the state of Victoria hit a discharge record of 479 MW. And a grid-wide battery charging record was set at 1,067 MW.

■ SPACEX:

- Today, the Fram2 crew rode Dragon Resilience home for a flawless splashdown off the coast of California. Recovery vessel Shannon was waiting for their arrival and the SpaceX Team quickly onboarded Dragon. This was SpaceX's first Dragon human spaceflight mission to splashdown off the coast of California, and begins the shift back to the West Coast for all Dragon recoveries. This is primarily to address the issue of debris from the Dragon's trunk and to leverage better weather conditions for more reliable return opportunities.

Per SpaceX's Kiko Dontchev (@TurkeyBeaver), "It took a massive amount of work to move Dragon 2 recovery operations from Florida to California. A huge shout to the SpaceX Recovery and Space Operations team for executing this first time operation safely, reliably and with precision!"

First to exit Dragon was Pilot Rabea Rogge (@rprogge). Next was Mission Specialist Eric Philips (@Icetrek). Then Vehicle Commander Jannicke Mikkelsen (@astro_jannicke). And last was Mission Commander Chun Wang (@satofishi). Each walked on there own with no signs of injuries.

Per SpaceX COO Gwynne Shotwell (@Gwynne_Shotwell) showing a little stress of launching astronauts, "Welcome home, Fram2! It's so worth doing, but wow, nerve wracking."

Per Elon, "Welcome home!" Prior to deorbit. Elon FaceTimed the crew via Starlink.

- Yesterday evening, launch 40 of Falcon 9 Starlink 11-13 took place from Space Launch Complex 4E (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. This was the fifth flight for the first stage booster B1088 and it's third flight in only 23 days! It previously launched NROL-126, Transporter-12, SPHEREx, and NROL-57. The booster landed on drone ship Of Course I Still Love You in the Pacific Ocean. 27 Starlinks were deployed.

- Hwy 4 temporary road closure for the 8th of April from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for transportation from pad to factory.

■ THE BORING COMPANY:

- I was told the Boring Company will open the new Vegas Loop station at Encore Wynn tomorrow. I can't find any news or press release saying that is true, but I did find the above on Encore's website. Well let you know if it is true once I find out. Doubting it is.

■ STARLINK:

- Murilo Campos Lopes and a select group of students from the Systems Analysis and Development course at Fatec Indaiatuba had the opportunity to visit the John Deere distribution center in Campinas, Brazil. John Deere is promoting a program called John Deere Space. This is an initiative to drive JDLink, their Starlink partnership with SpaceX. Students were able to checkout the new line of S7 and S5 Series Harvesters and Tractors equipped with the JDLink SpaceX Starlink system. They were educated on how it is used to track equipment, check if they are working properly, and transfer data in remote regions.

- RSS Software in partnership with VLI Logística have started to install Starlink on locomotives for the Brazilian Railway. Per RSS, "We have enabled Starlink for communication between locomotives and the control center Gateway. Our on-board computer and the messaging system in the Gateway are now integrated. The Starlink network allows a faster, more stable and secure exchange of information throughout the operation."

- Seth Reopelle, U.S. Army 8th Executive Communications Team, had the privilege of teaching a class showcasing Starlink for the 2nd Infantry Division. Per Seth, "It's truly rewarding to contribute to the Signal Corps. It has played a significant role in my journey. It's a reminder that success is not just about where you currently stand but also about the heights you aim to achieve." The U.S. Army Signal Corps (USASC) is a branch of the responsible for creating and managing communications and information systems for the command and control of combined arms forces.

- The Tashinga Initiative is raising funds to acquire at least 10 more Starlink kits for installation at field stations in Zambezi Valley Protected Areas in Zimbabwe. They plan to provide reliable, cost-effective, unlimited Wi-Fi access to wildlife rangers. Currently, rangers rely on VSAT which hinders conservation monitoring, reporting, and protected area management. Starlink is expected to boost ranger morale and enhance operational efficiency in the 12,300 sq km Mid-Zambezi Region.

■ X:

- The EU is set to fine X over $1 billion under the Digital Services Act for alleged violations involving insufficient action against disinformation, hate speech, and election interference. Regulators are considering revenue from Musk’s other companies like SpaceX to calculate the penalty. A final decision is expected by this summer.

X's Global Government Affairs team posted that these potential enforcement actions under the EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA) represent political censorship and an attack on free speech, despite X’s compliance efforts. Of note, yesterday U.S. FCC Chair Brendan Carr criticized the DSA at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, calling it a threat to free speech.

- X Japan CEO Ayumu Matsuyama (@ayumu_matsuyama) gave a talk at Marketing Week 2025. "The evolution of Grok and X is accelerating. AI will greatly contribute to the effectiveness of advertising and business efficiency, so please look forward to it." Ayumu will also be part of an official X seminar at the end of April.
