"Tesla has by far the most advanced real-world AI. No one else is even close..." - Elon Musk (@elonmusk)
■ TESLA $TSLA ($326.40, +0.096%):
- Tesla has launched the TeslaVision Contest were Tesla owners and fans worldwide can submit a 90-second or shorter video showcasing how Tesla vehicles enhance their lives with more freedom, safety, fun, and convenience. Videos will be judged on originality, creativity, relevance, and entertainment value. The grand prize winner receives a Model Y and an all-expenses-paid private tour of Gigafactory Texas, while 2nd and 3rd place winners get the same tour. To enter do the following:
Upload to YouTube and share a viewable URL.
Make a post on X and Instagram, tag @Tesla and include the words “TeslaVision contest” in your post. Include the URLs for both posts in your submission form.

- More video of the Robotaxi Model Y has been posted from the streets of Austin. The attached map shows the roads that Robotaxi has been spotted.
- Per Elon on the soft launch of Robotaxi and driverless delivery, "Tentatively, June 22. We are being super paranoid about safety, so the date could shift. First Tesla that drives itself from factory end of line all the way to a customer house is June 28."
- Optimus and Cybercab are on display in Paris, France, for VivaTech 2025.
- Elon on FSD in Europe, "Waiting for Dutch authorities and then the EU to approve. Very frustrating and hurts the safety of people in Europe, as driving with advanced Autopilot on results in four times fewer injuries! Please ask your governing authorities to accelerate making Tesla safer in Europe."
- Tesla Senior Manager Kirsten Blackwell and Team are at Company Car In Action 2025 (@CCIA_UK) in Millbrook, UK. CCIA is the UK's premier test driving event for fleet managers. Per Kristen, "The team is here both days — come find me, say hello, and take a test drive!" This is a two day event that ends tomorrow evening.
- Tesla Energy APAC Regional Director, Josef Tadich, was on the Energy Insiders Podcast where he discusses Megapacks starting with 100MW Hornsdale site with Neoen Australia, to the GWh of utility-scale batteries with grid-forming inverters coming online today. He hits on the important role of Tesla Solar, Powerwalls, and EVs deploying at scale. Link in the sources section.
- Tesla announced the Megafactory Team in Lathrop, California, built the 15,000th Megapack 2 XL.
- Tesla's Amélie Perrochaud and the Nancy Pulnoy, France, Team are at the Foire Expo de Nancy 2025 trade fair until Sunday, the 15th. Check out the new Model Y, 3, and X.

■ SPACEX:
- As stated in yesterday's ELON CHRON, the Ax4 Falcon 9 Booster B1094 has a Liquid Oxygen (LOX) leak that was seen on its last mission's entry burn and during the static fire from this past Sunday. Because of this, SpaceX scrubbed today's launch and have rescheduled for tomorrow.
- At Starbase, LOX pump No.8 has been installed for Pad 2. Another section for Super Heavy Booster 18 was spotted rolling into Mega Bay 1. .
- Falcon 9 Booster B1085 on A Shortfall of Gravitas at Port Canaveral. It just completed the Sirius SXM-10 mission; flight number 8. Per SpaceX's Jon Edwards (@edwards345) on the mission, "Last week, SpaceX successfully completed a controlled deorbit of the SiriusXM-10 upper stage after GTO payload deployment. While we routinely do controlled deorbits for LEO stages (e.g., Starlink), deorbiting from GTO is extremely difficult due to the high energy needed to alter the orbit, making this a rare and remarkable first for us..." Awesome pic by Michael (@michaelsrockets).
- ARK Invest has published their SpaceX Valuation Model 2030. The model is publicly available on GitHub for transparency. ARK acknowledges the forecasts are speculative and carry significant execution risks. Here are the key highlights:
Expected Enterprise Value: ARK projects SpaceX’s enterprise value to reach approximately $2.5 trillion by 2030, a ~7x increase from its December 2024 valuation of $350 billion, implying a 38% compound annual rate of return.
Bull and Bear Cases: The bull case estimates a value of $3.1 trillion (75th percentile), while the bear case is $1.7 trillion (25th percentile), derived from Monte Carlo simulations averaging one million outcomes.
Revenue Projections: ARK expects SpaceX to generate nearly $200 billion in revenue by 2030, with a significant portion driven by the Starlink satellite internet network, projected to reach $300 billion annually by the mid-2030s.
Starlink’s Role: Starlink, already serving 6 million customers in over 140 countries as of June 2025, is central to the valuation, with ongoing satellite launches expanding its global connectivity.
Mars Initiatives: While Mars-related ventures are included, ARK notes limited near-term financial returns due to the long-term nature of colonization efforts. Only a small portion of SpaceX’s budget will focus on Mars until Starlink’s constellation is complete (~2035).
Model Inputs: The open-source model, developed with Mach33, uses 17 independent variables to simulate outcomes, covering Starlink, Starship reusability, and potential Mars infrastructure. Earth enterprise value is calculated using an 18x EBITDA-to-EV multiple, aligned with aerospace industry averages.
Long-Term Vision (2040): If Mars plans succeed, ARK estimates SpaceX’s value could reach $12.5 trillion by 2040; without Mars, it could still hit $9 trillion, driven by Starlink and other operations.
Risks Highlighted: Key risks include Starship’s rapid reusability, Optimus robot performance, competition in broadband, variability in government spending (e.g., Starshield), and external shocks like natural disasters or Elon Musk’s potential departure.
- You think Starbase is big? Look at Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A)! These images are all at the same scale. Even the new SLC-37 is huge. Both launch complexes will have multiple Starship Towers and as you can see, there is plenty of room. Thanks to NASA Spaceflight's Ryan Caton (@dpoddolphinpro) for posting this image.
