It looks like the integrity of that distress beacon is the only thing standing between rescue and a life of tribal nudism.

At least the climate's agreeable. After a few pieces exploring scenes around the city of Nambassa, I wanted to do this unrelated one-off that's been on my mind. But I've already begun work on another beach scene with Juno that will hopefully please at least one of you! For now, enjoy the induction into local village life.

Just fantastic work Kalahari! You bring such beautiful art into the world.

He both looks confused but also genuine! I imagine the viewer/pilot is likely feeling similar, too! :D I'm curious, what would the subject's tribal status be? He seems particularly adorned, so he must be important? Lovely work as usual, too!

Marie The Foxy

Lovely work! What species is he? Also is that aboriginal inspired

A *life* of tribal nudism you saaaaaay? *sabotages the distress beacon intentionally*

Aelius

This looks rather inviting, actually! Love that look of curiosity he's got there.

Admiral Storm

This came out looking great! And I see there are a few other tribals peeking in to get a look at whoever has crash landed. Could always be a worse situation! :D

MountainGoat

Very cool picture, awesome setting and well done expression. And I always look forward to more Juno art :)

Amazing work! I love the warm tones off set by the green patches. Great job on his tribal patterns and expression as well. Always good to see you mixing nature and tech together. You've got a gift for it. The wires in the upper left corner are a nice touch as well. Very coo!l Thank you and congrats on another great work of art!

Kalahari

I would certainly be a little taken aback! If he's taking such initiative investigating a strange newcomer, it tracks that he has some kind of authority in his group. But that may be difficult to say without see how he behaves around the rest of his fellow tribesfolk.

Kalahari

They're very loosely based on martens, and the design is also very loosely Aboriginal but the furpaint and jewelry are mostly just my own concoction.

Kalahari

It sure beats running into hostile locals :P

Inventing the whole cockpit design was an interesting little challenge. And definitely something I should be practicing for other uses, like if I'm gonna create unique vehicles and such for other pieces. I've already been sketching out a bike/scooter for Juno's use in her hometown.

I really love the warmth in this despite the situation the viewer finds themself in. lol. Great stuff. The way the skin and fur bunch up is so on point! It looks great! You did a wonderful job. Those feathers and tattoos! So much work! I love the details on the control panel as well. Looks like the start of an epic story! Lots of adventures and exciting times await!
