"The Taming of Reshade"

Initially thought to become a quick hotfix, this turned out to be another huge update, at least code wise. The EVO SERVICE PARK LAUNCHER was fully revised and received several changes, all regarding a streamlined and automated reshade installation/handling experience. It also now finally features the announced new reshade preset including the new POV Headlights/High Beams effects. See Full Changelog v0.4.1

To Update: Extract into your RBR root folder to merge the Maps folders.
!! ATTENTION: Reinstall Reshade through the one-click installer to make use of all the new features and the new preset!
