Finally fixed the issues I encountered regarding the missing necessary shaders in the new EVO reshade preset "TV".
Installing ReShade and downloading the correct shaders is still a pain to do manually (something the EVO SERVICE PARK LAUNCHER would do for you automatically) but I have detailed the process in the manual. Please take a look at it, it should really explain step by step what to do to set things up correctly.

The main thing to consider will be to select all the necessary shaders during the ReShade installation. These will be:

Legacy effects:
AmbientLight.fx
Bloom.fx (you will need to select this one manually)
ReflectiveBumpmapping.fx (you will need to select this one manually)
OtisFX by Otis:
AdaptiveFog.fx (you will need to select this one manually)
FX Shaders by Luluco250
AdaptiveTonemapper.fx
Shaders by brussell
EyeAdaption.fx
qUINT by Marty McFly
qUINTsharp.fx
Color effects by prod80
PD8003_Shadows_Midtones_Highlights.fx
PD8004_Saturation_limit.fx
PD8006_Luma_Fade.fx
GShade-Shaders by Marot
PirateDepth_DOF.fx

There is a little more to that (e.g. resolutions, indicator icons) so again I urge you to take a look in the manual.

To update: Download and extract to merge its Maps folder with your existing one in your RBR root folder. This will apply all of the updates' content.
++ ATTENTION: You will however have to reinstall some shaders through the ReShade SetUp! There is one included in the download inside Maps/__EVO/Reshade

New to EVO: download and install the full mod from here.

I'll stress again: ++ ATTENTION: You will however have to reinstall some shaders through the ReShade installer! There is one included in the download inside Maps/__EVO/Reshade And I urge you to take a look in the manual, especially when it comes to setting up ReShade. While I'm able to automate the processes through the EVO SERVICE PARK LAUNCHER, handling the free version is a hassle but it is doable.
