💛 Becca: Lights Out by Navessa Allen - We don't typically read the same novel, but now that we've moved away from each other, we're trying to do a little mini book club together where we read the same thing! And we chose this one for the spooky vibes!

BECCA FINISHED: Moonlit Temptation by Sarah E. Green and loved it! I'm always obsessed with the way Sarah writes. It feels so immersive, and I was instantly rooting for Mady! It's a prequel so I'm craving more already, and it's a fun one for October because it involves a secret society. I also finished Exodus by Kate Stewart on audio, and I think knowing this was a tear-jerker and had readers sobbing, I came in a little more guarded, so I didn't shed tears. But I loved the whole wild ride. Also, the audio is fantastic!

💛 Becca: It’s What’s Inside (2024) Rating: 8/10

The Marvels (2023) Rating: 7/10 - I went on a total MCU binge and caught up on all the things I had missed. Kamala Khan, my hero! Her and her fam continue to be a shiny light in the MCU. They were the best part of this movie!

Strange Darling (2024) Rating: 5/10 - Krista & I watched this, as we reunited together and decided to try a thriller for the spooky season. We love Kyle Gallner, as we've mentioned before, but this was a little slow for our liking. Others may love, though! Especially if you like psychological thrillers and artsy movies.

🩷 Krista: Agatha All Along, Loki - Season 2, WandaVision (rewatch)

💛 Becca: Agatha All Along, 9-1-1, Loki Season 2 - as part of my Marvel binge, I started and finished Season 2 of Loki and IMMEDIATELY told Krista she needed to finish it. I knew she stopped at episode 4, and the ending is just absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend Season 2. The whole series will blow you away!
