Welcome to the newest Fizz Hangout! Every Friday, you all can stop by the weekly Fizz Hangout post and ask questions (to us or to your fellow patrons), discuss recent bonus scenes and/or podcasts with each other, and catch up on all the goodies you might've missed!

HANGOUT QUESTION: we love seeing your response to questions about the Addictedverse, and it helps facilitate some awesome discussions! Each week, there'll be a new "hangout question" that you can answer in the comments, if you wish!

The Cobalts are separated into two dodgeball groups. Team 1: Connor, Jane, Charlie, Beckett, and Eliot. Team 2: Rose, Thatcher, Tom, Ben, and Audrey. Who's team are you joining and why?  (Inspired by the Speed Question Podcast where Becca answers this question!)

Lauren Gibbs

I'm picking Team 2 solely because any competitive activity that involves both Thatcher and Rose?? It's a guaranteed win! 🤣✨️👏🏻

Sara

March sounds like it’s going to be a bit brighter 🦋💙 Team 1 so I can shoot my shot with Eliot 🙂‍↔️ I also think we might be able to use Jane to our advantage to get to Moretti lol

Arrow

I’m going with Team 2 - even though I will so miss Jane! Because I am awful at sports & would like to commiserate with Audrey.

Kaitlyn Pasi

connor? charlie? eliot? MY FAVORITES?? team 1 please🥰🥰

Angelina (Charlies version) ♟️

I'm going Team 1 because I want to win 🤣🤣 IM SORRY ROSE BUT Eliot, Connor and Beckett are a power house and no one is winning against them LETS BE SO FOR REAL 😭😭 I FEEL SO BAD IM SORRY AUDREY 😭😭

nora

Team 1 for sure. SORRY ROSE AND THATCHER LOVE YOU GUYS AND everyone else in team 2 buuut I just recently re read TLU and SLU and my girl Jane, I just relate to her too much. Also Charlie?? and Connor?? and Beckett and Eliot??? yes please, sign me up :) 💙🌟

Hayat

I mean realistically if I’m playing dodgeball I’m already doing it against my will but I feel like team 2 might have better odds of winning sooo…them?

Maria Mik

Team 1 😂😂. Sorry for Team 2🙏

Sarah

Team 2. Thatcher played football and Ben hockey so I know they have quick hands and can catch.

I would choose to be a part of Team 2! :) Rose has the competitive spirit that’s needed to boost the team’s energy (I like competitive people, seeing them get all riled up makes me work even harder to win). Ben is an athlete that’s familiar with team sports. Thatcher is ginormous, spent time in the military, and is a magnificent bodyguard - I have full faith in his abilities & trust his reaction time. Audrey’s commentary and actions throughout the game would humor me and help to lighten the team’s mood if we’re getting a bit **too competitive** (😅). While Tom might not have the biggest musles of the Cobalt empire, he’s still a dedicated guitarist and that trained + learned dexterity could come in handy while playing dodgeball!

Ok, I’ve thought about this a lot, and I am Team Two for the following reasons … Team One: 1. Team One would butt heads and I think there would be a struggle for power. Every member of Team One would want to be the “leader” and would have their own ideas of how they should attack and tension would grow. 2. Eliot and Charlie would beef internally. Charlie (when he actually feels like playing) would rankle Eliot’s nerves and fuel Eliot’s competitive nature, and this would lead to Eliot peacocking and showing off, thus distracting himself from the game. 3. Beckett is physically the strongest competitor on Team One. He has the physical strength plus added balance, stamina, and grace from his ballet training, however I’m not sure if it’s enough to pick up the slack from Eliot’s show-boating and the inevitable moment when Charlie gets bored and doesn’t want to play. Eventually, Charlie would be more interested in heckling his siblings (primarily Ben + Tom, and probably Eliot as well) than he would be in the actual game. 4. Janie would try to keep a positive attitude (with Thatcher supporting her), but I don’t know if it would be enough to overcome the mounting one-sided competition Eliot has with Charlie, Charlie’s sarcastic comments and general negative attitude, and Beckett’s most-likely growing frustration that he’s carrying the team. 5. Connor would primarily be interested in teasing, flirting, and getting a rise out of Rose, so much so that it would lead to a perfect opportunity for Audrey to sneak in the kill shot. Team Two: 1. Overall, I think there a better sense of collective sportsmanship and support between teammates. Thatcher with his military + bodyguard experience knows how to work within a unit and he has the leadership experience to rally the troops **without** stepping on the toes of the naturally emerging leader of the group — Rose. 2. While competition comes naturally to the Cobalts, Rose would rather die than lose to Connor in a game of dodgeball (especially with her children present). Rather than letting the competition distract her, Rose would use it to sharpen her game play. 3. Across the board, Team Two has great athletic skills. Thatcher has the muscle and strength. Ben has the grace and finesse from hockey (a good match for Beckett’s ballet skills). Tom has the stamina needed to perform for concerts (Eliot has a similar stamina for his performances, but due to his showboating, he is exhausting himself and depleting his energy). Audrey is young and scrappy and determined to prove herself. She is also small and swift which is a major quality for dodgeball. Since Rose basically lives in heels, she is able to power through any physical discomfort she may feel and has impeccable balance. 4. Ben is willing to coach Audrey and help her during the game since she is arguably the “weakest link”(as opposed to Beckett who silently picks up the slack on his team and shoulders the burden). Plus his hockey gives him experience in team sports, so he is really in his arena with dodgeball. His only draw back is that he is top heavy (fell into a pool when Donnelly nudged him), so as long as Audrey doesn’t tap his shoulder, he should be ok. 5. Thatcher, while being incredibly large makes him a prime target in dodge ball (his only flaw), he is a great second in command to Rose. He’s willing to follow orders and offer great insight on offensive strategy. He’s also willing to take a dodgeball for Audrey. Thatcher is a great player, but a very big and obvious target that Team One wants to get out as soon as possible. Team One: Beckett is the only one truly focused on dodgeball. Connor (focused on Rose, as he should be). Eliot (focused one-upping Charlie, most likely at risk to injure himself from being too braggadocious with his moves, would also feel bad if Tom and Audrey lost, doesn’t really relish the thought of beating his mother in any way). Charlie (bored after Rose scolded him for being too harsh with his siblings, annoyed he got friendly fire from Eliot, he really just wants to hop on his jet and leave). Janie (wants to win, but is also very concerned about her siblings, wants to make sure that everyone comes away with their self-confidence in tact). Team Two: Rose has emerged as the leader with Thatcher as her number two, and Audrey, Tom, and Ben are doing their best to support their team. Thus negating a struggle for power that has bloomed within Team One. Prior to the game, Tom and Ben were willing to train Audrey because she does **not** want to let down her team. All of team two is working towards a common goal, they have a synergy built on cooperation and teamwork. In conclusion, team two for the win for all of the above, but when in doubt I am betting on Rose 💃

YAYYY!! Can't wait to see you too!!! So happy the date worked out and you're able to go!!! (also disregard the last comment, as we're catching up on hangouts and now see that you did *in fact* see the tour announcement lol) 💗💗

Krista & Becca Ritchie

This breakdown is AMAZING, and so on point. The Team One, #2 point is so, so true -- Eliot would 100% be too competitive and peacocking 😂
