May's poll has ended, and the results are in! It's a Cobalt Empire kind of month as we'll be discussing all things Audrey! The youngest of the Cobalt brood. We're super excited to discuss the ins and outs of her character, and we'll try our absolute best not to spoil anything from Burn Bright. there's a scene in nlu where the troublemakers overhear audrey talking to kinney about an older guy she wants to pursue once she's 18. if it's not too much of a spoiler, can you say if this was supposed to be a tease for her romance (or perhaps something else) and if we'll see this person in cobalt empire? or is it completely unimportant? I feel like sometimes I focus too hard on small moments so I thought I'd ask to see if this was a case of me looking too deep into things 😭.

I’ve been waiting for this podcast forever!! Audrey is my favourite character in the series and I always beg my sister to vote for her podcast😝💕 So excited to see her in the Cobalt empire series!! 1. Which sibling is she most likely to get into shenanigans with? 2. What is something that she posted on Beckett’s social media account that he liked and something that he didn’t like that she posted? Or does he not follow what she posts? 3. How does her relationship with each of her siblings differ? We know that a lot of them view her as their little sister that needs protecting but does their ages and how long they’ve lived together impact their relationship? 4. In the LUS and bonus scenes, like aftermath of sip and snow, Audrey is seen trying to act innocent to get sympathy from rose and connor. Connor even states that Rose almost caves when Audrey flashes her doe eyes at them. Is this true to Audrey’s character or is she trying to copy Eliot and Tom? Idk if this was a thing everywhere, but where I grew up, we had daddy-daughter dances. From the ages of 5-11 every year they would host these dances where little girls would get all dressed up and go to a dance with their dad. Did connor ever take Audrey to these? This might be a bit of a random thought, but thinking about Audrey’s personality and the way she’s portrayed in the previous books, I feel like her overall vibe really aligns with Gracie Abrams. If Audrey were a teen girl today, I could totally see her being drawn to Gracie’s music—especially the honesty and emotional depth in her lyrics. I feel like she’d not only resonate with a song like “Feels Like” (maybe even dedicate it to Kinney), but she’d probably swoon over the writing in general—how introspective, poetic, and quietly intense it all is.
