Fun, can’t wait!! 🤩 • Which fancast is your favourite? Personally Harriet’s Pinterest board is exactly how I imagined her when I first read about her in ILU, so her fancast is my fave! 💖

shi luvs st.cobalt

OO! I’m so excited for the Pinterest discussions! • What’s your general pinning process like? Do you have secret boards where you store pins that remind you of characters before you add them to their public boards? Do you find pins on your home feed, search for specific things, etc.? :) • Does your pinning process differ at all on big Pinterest update days (the ones that happen before a new release)? Pinterest parties as I like to call them! :’) • Was Phoenix’s character inspired by any TV/movie/comic characters (👀)? You can admit that it was Fawkes from Harry Potter, this is a safe space. (😂🤎)

Teresa

So excited about this one!! Thank you ❤️. 1. What is the models name that you chose for Rj and how did you find him? 2. Do you know what the love interests for characters Maria and Katya look like? Have you started boards for them and have models picked out? Do you have a board yet for Audreys love interest ?

Helen. M

Can’t wait for this one😍

AJ

Have you settled on a fancast for Winnifred? Even if you can’t reveal her board yet, are you able to share who the fancast is?

Teresa

Who are the top 6 models that look exactly like you picture it when writing the characters? Mine are Rose, Charlie, Luna, Joanna ,Harriet and Roxanne.

Piper

Have you every had a fan cast evolve over time? For example, did you both start with a vision in your heads, but as the character evolved so did your viewing of them.

Piper

Which character was the easiest to envision in your head? Which was the hardest?

Piper

Have you ever disagreed on a fan cast?

JT

We talked a bit about this in the Cobalt chat, but I’d love to hear more of your thoughts on Elijah Hewson as Tom Cobalt! As a big fan of Inhaler, I can’t help but picture Tom when I watch their performances. Beyond just the resemblance, do you think Elijah’s style or even his vocals match what you imagined for Tom?

JT

What are your thoughts on the fan-casts readers have come up with to represent the characters you created? Some seem to be universally agreed on—like Blanca Soler being a perfect fit for Lily, Scarlett Leithold for Daisy, and Gracie Abrams for Willow. Do you see it the same way, or do you imagine them differently

AJ

I’m gonna push my luck here, and I know you won’t confirm his LI...but this is on my Elifred ship board. I imagine Eliot sharing his audio books with his LI like this. Can you see the vision?? https://postimg.cc/m13cypjH/754ff4c5

millie (coballoway's version)

i know that the main Connor fancast on your board is Oliver Altman, but I mostly see fans using Kit Butler or Evans Nikopoulos so out of those two who would you say fits better? I personally can't imagine him as Kit at all but I wouldn't say Evans is perfect either. maybe Connor is just too godly to have a perfect fancast lol

AJ

I know, it really is so perfect for them and what I invision! 🥰 I really hope it aligns with what becomes canon 🤞🏼

Teresa

What is the step by step process in picking boards? Do you already know the aesthetic of the character youre making a board for or do you search pinterest online and pick things that give you inspiration. How do you choose the quotes that you put in the boards? Do you already have a quote in mind and you search for it or you type in key words and see what type of quotes they give you etc.

Miriam

I love this topic it’s to fun and creative ! I also love the Pinterest boards for all the characters❤️ as for the questions: for Charlie’s FC who winds in tour eyes Hugh Laughton Scott or Janis Ancens? (I’m a HLS girly) and as for Eliot do you ever have someone else in mind ? Love you !

Maxi

I'm also a HLS girly (i am sorry but he IS charlie and he IS the hottest man alive) so I want to know this, too!! -just a little bit afraid of the answer-

Teresa

Did you always know who the models would be for the characters Roxanne and Harriet and if not how did you find them?

a

is audrey inspired by any characters? i know you’ve said amy march, but she also seems similar to lara jean covey, rachel green, brooke davis…

JT

This has been a popular topic on Addictedverse Twitter, but I wanted to know your thoughts on the fan comparisons of Louis Partridge and Olivia Rodrigo to a young Coballoway—especially that photo of them at the Cannes Film Festival. And also the idea of Dua Lipa and Callum Turner as the older Coballoway, which many find fitting since they’re known for vacationing in France and always appearing polished and glamorous at events. They really complement each other’s energy.

JT

If the opportunity ever came up for an adaptation of your books—whether for TV or film—who do you personally envision playing the characters you’ve written? Are there any actors or actresses who really capture the spirit or essence of them in your mind? And just out of curiosity, has there ever been any real interest or offers for an adaptation? I know a lot of readers would love to see these stories brought to life on screen.

Willow Crossley-Henderson

How do you feel about some of the main fancasts that are different from your Pinterest boards? Like Blanca Soler as Lily? Do you think she fits or do you picture someone else. And Xavier Sorreno as Lo. Simone Bredariol as Ryke. Scarlett Leithold as Daisy. Victoria Brovona and Rose. Kit Butler as Connor

R

whos more accurate for a willow fc, gracie abrams or claudia cook gomez?

R

on the topic of appearances, does ben have dimples? PLEASSSEEEEE LET US KNOW

R

how do you feel about beanie bolyston as a harriet fancast? she doesn’t look the same in all pictures but there are some that the fandom uses for edits that kinda feel spot on for harriet so just wanted to know!!!

R

has the fandom ever fancasted a character better/more accurately than you did that it changed your mind? eg xavier serrano for loren hale and the hugh laughton scott for charlie cobalt <3

R

hear me out. season one sam winchester as a ben cobalt fancast. maybe not EXACTLY in looks but he’s 6’5 and has the sweet pretty boy look down, theres something in his mannerisms/tone/eyes and smile that feel like ben

R

can we confirm niccolo (played by lorenzo zurzolo) from the netflix show ‘baby’ as an accurate fancast for garrison abbey?

R

how specific are your pinterest boards in terms of fancasts or do you just go for an overall vibe? what about style (specifically for harriet)

Teresa

Do you still add pins to the Circus is Family boards even though your not currently writing anymore stories for that series?

Teresa

What are your top 3 favorite pins for Ben and Harriet?

Willow Crossley-Henderson

This isn’t a question but I thought I’d share who I see as fancasts incase people need some ideas Sam- David Corenswet Poppy- Sofia Tsakiridou Connor- Kit Butler (Mostly as a base because there’s not many people who look as perfect as him accurately😂) Rose- Victoria Bronova Ryke- Simone Bredariol Lo- Xavier Serrano Lily- Blanca Soler!!! Daisy- Scarlett Leithold Garrison- Can’t find anyone good enough so I go off of faceless Pinterest vibes😂 Willow- Claudia Cook Gomez Maria- Ayça Ayşin Turan Jane- Katherine Langford Moffy- Gregg Sulkin Charlie- Hugh Laughton-Scott Beckett- Oussama Guessoum (if I find someone I think fits but they don’t have the same eye color I just pretend they do😅) Sulli- Taylor Hill Eliot- Daniel Sharman (I’d take other suggestions though) Luna- Madisyn Menchaca (I had season 3 Haley dunphy for the longest time and I just switched to her) Tom- Lorenzo Zurzolo Ben- Borja Villalobos (He gives me Ben vibes! I don’t care that he has brown eyes I just pretend they’re baby blue🩵) Xander- Pinterest board vibes (Louis Patridge I think is good too though) Winona- Anna Zak Vada- Claire Rosinkranz Kinney- Eliza Browne Audrey- Samantha Cormier (I’d take other suggestions though) I have a Pinterest board if anybody wants to see visual examples😊

Teresa

Will you be doing another big drop of pins on the pinterest boards we currently have before Burn Bright releases?

Willow Crossley-Henderson

Do you guys picture a fancast when you’re writing? Or do you picture the characters in your head and then find someone who fits the look or vibe?

Teresa

Hey KBR this is off topic but this was something I wanted to clarify, you can skip if you can't answer yet 😄. I know its not 100% confirmed right now but you said you were planning for Audrey to get a book in the CE series and the potential Girl squad series I just wanted to confirm if for both books she will have the same love interest, or will it be her first book she had a first love but the second book she found her true soul mate. I know your usual is that everyone ends up with there first love but its always possible for you guys to switch it up. I hope this question makes sense and that you can answer it, Thank you😊

R

were ben or harriet inspired by any characters in pop culture/movies/tv shows? if so, who? + can you share if benharriets relationship/plotline (even if theyre small) are inspired by any things too?

JT

When talking about pop culture or TV shows, would you say there are similarities between younger version Natalie from Yellowjackets (played by Sophie Thatcher) and Harriet—not just in terms of appearance, but also maybe in their personalities or character traits?

R

are you careful/specific about what pins you put on character boards?

Bri

do you ever take a peek at fan made boards?

Teresa

For the webs we weave series i always pictured Phoebe to have a complexion closer to someone who italian or latino and I believe she also has brown eyes. What made you choose the model you have for her? Was finding a model for her easy or difficult?

Teresa

Do you have boards for any of the babies Cassidy, Maeve and Seven ? If so would you ever reveal them or wait until they're alittle older? Would having boards released for them be considered a spoiler and you want to wait longer for more books to come out before releasing them?

Bri

how do you feel about maria isabel as an alt Roxanne fancast? :)) or even kiana davis!

Teresa

In the updated pinterest board list it seems Vada is a little higher than Winona but you also mentioned that some of the characters screen time could still be the same, is that the case for Winona and Vada in Burn Bright or does Vada appear alittle more than Winona in BB?

.

I know you guys probably wont talk about it ahaha but I’ve to shoot my shot. Is there a particular fancast in your mind for spencer or winnifred?

.

I think blanca soler is one of the most popular fancast for lily calloway and almost everyone recognise her in book community. Like i am at a point now that i cant think about lily without picturing blanca soler. Do you guys think shes perfect or you all picture someone else for her

.

If you have to cast hollywood actors for all core six and their kids. Who would it be?

Lauren Johnson

I have seen a lot of people use Dina Denoire as a fan cast for Roxanne, what are your thoughts on her as a Roxanne fan cast?✨💞

Teresa

Do you have a pinterest board for a side character that you're really excited to release but can't until Burn Bright releases or maybe until another cobalt siblings gets there book?

Teresa

Do you have more pins showing the cobalt brothers apartment building that you plan to release before BB releases?

Teresa

Please skip if you cant answer they're are a few new pins showing ice skates and hockey gear from Bens pinterest board. Can you confirm if Ben will be playing hockey at MVU? If it's to big of a spoiler please skip this question.

AJ

So David Corenswet - Eliot, Connor, both/neither? I know he’s older and we’re going for guys in their early twenties, but what are your thoughts? Or do you still see young Henry Cavill (circa The Tudors) as Eliot?

Teresa

Will Phoenix St. Pierre's full bio in his pinterest board be revealed once Burn Bright releases?

JT

Which cobalt resembles David corenswet? Cause I’ve seen mixed opinions but mostly Eliot cause he’s a theatre/actor as well, but what are your thoughts about it?

Teresa

I saw a comment from KBR on how Ben and Harriet remind them of Lois and Clark . Iam so curious why!! 😁
