Welcome to the newest Fizz Hangout! Every Friday, you all can stop by the weekly Fizz Hangout post and ask questions (to us or to your fellow patrons), discuss recent bonus scenes and/or podcasts with each other, and catch up on all the goodies you might've missed!

As you might know, Loren Hale's birthday is today! Happy Birthday to the man that started it all!! So in honor of him, what is your favorite Lo scene from the Addictedverse?

Weekly Recap

Happy Halloween, magical & heroic beauties! We hope you're having a very fun Friday so far. Halloween has always been super special to us because of the Addicted Series. Not only because it is Loren Hale's birthday, but because there are so many pivotal Halloween scenes in the books. It's by far our most favorite holiday to write about! It's also one of those events that was always so fun during the height of the WB/CW shows. Who doesn't love a good Halloween themed episode?

We've curated all the Festive Fall bonus content on Patreon in a collection, which includes a lot of Halloween scenes, so if you haven't, definitely check out the new Festive Collection.

In writing news, we are obsessed with Book 2 in the Cobalt Empire series, and we can't wait to talk more about it in November. Which brings us to...we will also have a big announcement next month with two release dates, two title reveals, and two main character reveals (you will know the Cobalt for Book 2 and 3) and one love interest reveal (for Book 2). YES!! It's all coming to you next month.

We also have more character art to reveal next month, so there's LOTS on the horizon!

My favourite Lo moment has to be from some kind of perfect when he comforts Moffy behind the vending machine, really showed how much he had grown from the beginning to having all of his kids and that he is still growing as a person well into the like us series. But Lo is one of my favourite characters to see his growth from where he started.

picking one my favourite loren hale scene is way too hard. some that are up there for me is rose's pov in skop where her and lo are at hale co, just love seeing the two of them working together and how rose speaks in her inner monologue about lo. "maybe not a calloway sister, but the closest thing to one." and then in the thrive prologue when lo tells lily that life moves too fast. lo goes through so much growth over the series, and he will forever remain one of my favourite characters!

I’ll never be able to pick a scene with Lo that I love most because every time he’s on page I’m just so happy! A couple stand-outs are when Connor told him he loved, Lily and Lo’s wedding, his talk with Moffy at Disney, Lo talking to Farrow at the beginning of ULU, his talk with Donnelly by the bbq, the bonus when Moffy and Farrow got Ripley, and so many more!! And a month of announcements!!! OMC I cannot wait to hear it all 😭 I may not survive knowing all the things but I’m ready for it 💙 I still can’t believe we get THREE books next year 😭😭😭 you guys are too amazing for words 💕✨🫶🏻

Lo has so many great moments, it’s difficult to narrow them down! I still tear up whenever I think about his conversation with Garrison in the kitchen in “Wherever You Are” (😭😭). —— I’m SO excited for all of the reveals! :’) There’s a high chance that you’re going to kill me with all of them at once, though (lol). “Here lies Shi. She died doing what she loved, screaming and sobbing…” —— I also had a question/request (🙂‍↕️)? A couple of weeks ago someone asked about Phoenix, and when I responded to them with the link to his board I saw a pin that we’re unable to see appear in the preview screen (👀). It appears to be one of him reading something (and he’s shirtless in the image)? If that pin was a mistake and was deleted, then just ignore this! I thought that it was possible that it’s being hidden on our end, since we discovered that that was happening with Eliot + Winnifred’s boards (and the image was still showing up in Phoenix’s board preview). If that was a purposeful pin, and it’s still showing on your end, then I was wondering if you would be able to link the pin here if that’s not too much of a hassle (so that I could see if I’m able to view it that way 👀)? I understand if not, though! There will be no hard feelings ever, ever. 🤎🤎 —— I hope you both had a wonderful Halloween (🎃)! I don't think I can pick just one Lo moment but I love the last Lily chapter in SKOP, the scene where Connor tells him he loves him, so many of his interactions with Donnelly, and probably so many other scenes that I'm forgetting rn!! this announcement might be the death of me 😭 I'm SO excited!!!!!! and the character art?!?! I cannot wait!! u guys are truly the best! 🫶💙 I also have a question – I haven't been able to get a deluxe edition of BB over here in the UK (😢) but on Waterstones (and I believe some other UK bookstore websites) it has the deluxe edition available for preorder and says it will be released on January 15th 2026. so I was wondering if u knew if that was correct? bc if it is I will absolutely be buying another copy of BB just for those edges 😍

Oh, picking just one scene is SO hard because Lo has the ability to charge every of his scenes with a peculiar magnetism. So, first of all I have to quote his FIRST appearance in Addicted to you. Because. 🔥 Then, I'd say his moment with Moffy in SKOP, and his wedding vows 🥹 (anyway, I always wait for more LoxConnor scenes together, I love their bromance and how they're always there for each other. Their scenes just melt my heart) And when he uses the megaphone to talk? 🤣🤣I always laugh

Krista + Becca mentioned in the recent Leo + Beckett + Jo podcast episode that no couple (other than Charlie + Roxanne) is confirmed-confirmed until the blurb for their book is revealed! I think their decision to keep the CE #3 LI under wraps aligns more so with that thought process of theirs — since CE #2 is being released first (and that’s the one that we’ll be receiving the most information about) — rather than something that they’re doing in order to solely hide Tom’s LI? I could be wrong, though (💭)! It’s also possible that K+B want each book (and couple) to have their own moments and time to shine. So the CE #3 couple will be celebrated when all of the focus can be on them! :’) Gosh, I can’t wait for these announcements (I’m so excitedd)! ~~

My favourite one? So hard to pick but I LOVED when he FINALLY came clean to Lily about him wanting her, that it wasn’t a game or pretend, during a vacation in her family’s yacht in ‘Addicted to you’ ‘Let. ME. Help. You’ 🥵 They were so messed up still but he loved her so much. He couldn’t pretend anymore. It was the beginning of their messy recovery ❤️‍🩹

I honestly love the scenes with Lo and his kids boyfriends. Was rereading Alphas like Us and when he is quizzing Farrow I was cracking up. And one of my favorite scenes is when he and Donnelly are outside during the Super Bowl party talking. Can’t wait for the book reveal news!
