Behind-the-Scenes: KBR Writing Chat - Silver Sweet #3 (Patreon)

We are back with one of our new features on Patreon where we share our Teams Chat with all of you! Since we've moved away from each other, we've started sending messages through Teams rather than calling or texting. This is still a new process for us, but it's been working so well that we have lots of chats saved up. We know some of you love behind-the-scenes, and this is a nice peek into our conversations during the creation of a book.

Beware: Most of these chats are us gushing since we get to be readers as well as writers. So expect lots of gushing, many typos, light name calling (we refer to each other as Bishes a lot 😂), and also a little bit of helpful advice between each other.

More Context: So as the second writer in this section of the book, I was thoroughly enjoying reading what Krista wrote for the draft. I had no idea what was coming for this particular scene, and I was LIVING for the sibling moments. But as you can see, I wanted to make a tweak to Charlie's wardrobe, but I made sure she didn't have a reason for the scarf before I changed it. As a second writer on a draft (coming up behind her), I tend to add stuff more than change things, so if there are big changes, I'll let Krista know in advance what is getting tweaked.
