August has arrived!! 🌻💕 A new month means a brand spankin' new podcast. You suggested some amazing topics, and now this month's podcast will be chosen by you 💖 Vote below for your favorite topic for the podcast. You can vote for as many topics as your heart desires! But only the top-voted topic will win for the monthly podcast.

Don't worry if your favorite doesn't get picked! You'll be able to suggest the topic again for the September podcast.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Some topics are too spoiler-heavy (for right now). At the current moment, some topics are too spoilery to have a podcast on, and so they weren't included in this particular poll. But feel free to ask again if you don't see your suggestion in the poll! Later on, with more books released, it might not be as spoilery.

2. Our podcasts are spoiler-free for all future books and the unwritten time between Some Kind of Perfect & Damaged Like Us. We won't talk about events beyond what's on-page and what you've read in current books & bonus scenes, so keep that in mind when voting!

Also to note: We tend to shy away from speaking about off-page content and filling in blanks that we plan to fill in via written content. An example would be info about unconfirmed couples that does not exist yet on-page. But like we mentioned, we're happy to discuss scenes that already exist in books & bonus ☺️

3. Some topics are better as bonus scenes. Those suggestions are left out of the poll, and hopefully they'll make it as bonuses one day!

We will be super careful to not talk about off-page things for that podcast and the peek at the side characters, so it will be really just looking at on-page Wednesday Night Dinners that have happened and discussing them. Same with the side characters, just looking at on-page events. Hopefully everyone realizes this too 😅 but there should be enough on-page content of both to fill a podcast

Everone is entitled to their opinion and likes or dislikes but... Why ever not? I think this would be the perfect triad. Emotional and physical sparks and verbal barbs and blossoming and perhaps an initially begrudging love are going to flyflyfly! I *cannot* wait for Beckett/Jo/Leo to grace us. And I'm hoping as Beckett is bi or at least curious (correct me if I am wrong please) there will be an exploration of physical love between Beckett & Leo with Jo a willing and *eager* partner and lover. If Jo is like a lot of women tapping into fantasy and the eroticism of males loving males I'm hoping she is all in for straightup m/m or at the very least deep affection and emotional connection between two men. Just thinking about Beckett, Jo and Leo getting together is getting me pumped. 💗💗💗 EDIT: re: Beckett, Jo & Leo. Whatever you ladies decide to write in whatever configuration will be appreciated. No pressure.

I don’t think Leo would add anything. Jo and Beckett already have an established dynamic. There is enough heat between the two of them they don’t need Leo. He’d be a fine side character or to use to make the other jealous. Other than that… I don’t get it. It’s not necessary. Kitsulletti was different, they were all missing something that the other two could give to them. They all desperately loved each other. Right now we have an established attraction, a bit of a rivalry, and definitely enemies to lovers tropes happening. This just seems like thrusting someone in to thrust someone in. IDK, just an opinion.

I don’t mean to stick my nose into this whole thing (🙈) but for what it’s worth (which isn’t much lol), I would personally enjoy a Leo + Beckett + Jo relationship if it were to happen…🥹 I also would like to mention that, at the end of the day, I wholeheartedly trust Krista and Becca to make the decision that they feel is best for their characters and the stories that they wish to tell — so I will be content with whatever direction that they decide to go in…🤗🤎 (Please don’t feel pressured by my opinions on the matter — that was not my intention!! I promise that I’m easy to please and will be happy with just about anything…😂🤎)

We don't know who the next couple will be on but if it is on Beckett then I would just want it to be on Jo and Beckett. 2 books is not enough time when you've dedicated several books since Sinful like us to push Leo in the mix it will just be forced. When just Beckett and Jo will have enough obstacles that they don't need a third party. I say all this though I do think they will add Leo, they briefly mentioned him in Misfits🙄

Idk, I think it's a bit premature to say he wouldn't add anything because so far Beckett and Jo's dynamic is a lot of chemistry/rivalry but we don't actually know what their interpersonal style is like beyond that; they haven't actually gone much below the surface, so there is plenty of opportunity to give Leo space. Nor do we know enough about Leo's personality to assess whether he brings something to the table that could further challenge, enhance or deepen the existing connection between Beckett/Jo and make a whole greater than the parts. To use Kitsulletti as an example, while I think we all probably could have guessed that there would be growing pains for Akara and Sulli transitioning from their teasing/flirty friendship into something more serious, I don't know if anyone guessed how instrumental Banks would be in that process and helping them communicate, and yet that was one of my favourite parts of their story.

I also think upbringing comes into play here. The Oliviera family is Catholic too. Now there hasn’t been anyone in the cast that’s die hard religious, but I don’t know if her family could handle that. Particularly her father, and Oscar for sure. Not that they need to approve but that does matter to some people sometimes and it could matter to her. Maybe it would be a big deal to her family. I guess the reason why the triad vibe doesn’t work for me is because the moment Joanna walked onto the plane it was fire. Leo came off as more of an annoyance if anything, but that’s just me. I get that Sulli & Beckett are besties that doesn’t mean they need to bring in another guy. I wish they’d bring another girl in if they do a triad because, Leo (to me), I think if they go that way it will be hard to fit him into the equation. What would convince me of this triad would be interaction. For example we’ve seen Elliot & Winifred, Charlie & Roxanne, and Beckett with Joanna on page already. I really feel like they had a great opportunity for a Joanna/Leo meet cute at Oscar’s engagement. Something she could have mentioned on page to Oscar and she didn’t. Doesn’t matter, whatever it is it will be great.

I'd love to see that poly relationship too. Kitsulletti is great, but it's very Sully focused. I'd love to see an MMF relationship where the two M's are into each other too.
