WEEKLY RECAP

Happy Friday, magical & super heroic beauties!! This week has been a doozy for us 😅 We've been pulled in a million different directions between a release (one of the most magical days ever 💓💓 <--- our LiLo hearts beating strong!), packaging paperbacks, and writing bonuses. We can't wait for you all to read these bonuses! We really hoped to be done with one for this week, but alas, they're still coming along and not quite finished yet. We're so sorry all the content is coming towards the end of the month. But we're hoping all the effort and time will pay off, and these will be some awesome bonus scenes to devour!! And we are PUMPED to record the podcasts, as all the prep is coming to a finish, and there are so many behind-the-scenes tidbits from Misfits Like Us that we can't wait to share 💚👽✨

Happy News: the new edition of Addicted to You released into the world this week! We've been emotional maple trees, all sappy over here 🥲 It's hard to believe that a book we wrote almost a decade ago would be in bookstores today. Readers have made Lily & Lo's story grow into what it's become, and we're just really, really grateful for you. So thank you all for loving the Hales, the Calloways, the Meadows, the Cobalts, the Abbeys, and even the Stokes (we know there are some Sam & Poppy fans out there!) *sprinkles fairy dust every which way*

We've also been LOVING all the Insta stories and pics of readers finding ATY in bookstores. We are pinching ourselves each and every time. Is this real life? Kinda feels like a pretend make-believe world. But Loren Hale would definitely remind us this is real 💖

💗🎉 NEW LIKE US RELEASE : Misfits Like Us is Now Available in ebook & paperback!

For audiobook listeners, we have officially been told by Audible that Misfits is in production. We're still estimating about a 3-4 month wait  for the audio (October/November). 

Audiobook Narrator Announcement: We're so happy to share that Michelle Sparks will voice Luna Hale and Alan Carlson will voice Donnelly! Unless something falls through with their schedules, this should be final, and we loveeee both of their voices, so we're so excited to hear them bring Luna & Donnelly to life for Misfits Like Us. 

💗 SIGNED BOOK STORE UPDATE: If you ordered a signed book through our store, we've been hard at work packaging them all week, and they will be shipped out next week. Our next full restock will be this month (August) sometime very soon! And it will be our last full restock until the end of the year. 

What does that mean? We're going to be changing things up and doing smaller restocks of select titles instead of a massive restock of the entire store. With smaller restocks, we won't have announcements since these will be small batches / limited quantities. So you won't be notified here on Patreon about small restocks. But we will remind readers in the Fizz Hangout every Friday which titles are available in the store. That way every week, you have a good idea of what's stocked. 

Why the change? This last restock took us over a week to sign and package. That's over a week we lost to write, and for us, it's too much time away from writing bonuses & books. We don't want to shut the store down or stop doing character notes for new releases, so we hope this shift will mitigate the workload the store has put on us.

Calloway Sisters OG Covers: The August restock will be the LAST TIME you can get the OG Calloway Sisters covers. We're putting the last of our inventory on the site, and once they're gone, they're gone. We won't have any left to sell. So August is your last chance to snag these if you want 'em. 

💗 The Calloway Sisters Simon & Schuster Australia Editions are now available! Australian/New Zealand Readers can find them here. Everyone else can purchase them on The Book Depository

💗 Like Us Series Covers: there will be brand new covers for the Like Us series soon. These will be illustrated covers. They'll replace the ebooks. The print editions (paperback & hardcover) will be special editions that include one Patreon bonus scene in the back of each. We're still estimating that they'll be completed this year. They're being designed by the amazingly talented Haley Secen ✨

The original Like Us series paperbacks with the faces will still be available online, and for the rest of the Like Us series, you'll have a choice between the face cover or the illustrated cover for print. This way you can complete your collection if you already have the face covers

💗 November 4th-6th, 2022, we'll be attending Shameless Book Con 2022 in Orlando, Florida

💗 June 23rd-24th, 2023, we'll be attending Book Bonanza in Grapevine, Texas. Tickets go on sale September 2nd!

Extra Podcast: We will be discussing All About Misfits Like Us. This will be our "director's commentary" style podcast where we go chapter by chapter and break down behind-the-scenes things like which chapters were the trickiest to write and our fav moments from the book. Plus, we will fangirl our hearts out over Luna and Donnelly! 👽💚
