I always view the sketches/stand-alone pieces as "non-canon" lol, so until I see Ingrid doing butt stuff in an official comic, I'm hesitant to believe it's true either 🤣

You're right laltog, everything that isn't in a comic is non-canon. Especially when it comes to things like sketches that are requested by others. And with the alternate versions on pin-up, I just throw in whatever I think would be hot and works with the pose.
