Hey, I joined your $30 dollar tier but it doesn’t let me look at your selfies unless I change my tier to $10 which would stop me from paying $30 and give me a refund. Is this intentional or?
Hi, selfies are a different tier. There is the Danny universe full package tier that include all the tiers. Cosplays, selfies, and bts footage are all separate tiers
Each tier does have a description of what it includes aswell

Hi there, it’s uncertain to say what the problem could be . Please check that the payment for your tier change has gone through. Aswell as refreshing the app. If the problem persists after some time for it to reset, please send a private message so that we may get to the root problem. Thank you for your patience
It is likely that the change will take place at the end of the pay cycle.
If you have paid for one tier for the month then swapped to another tier that change won’t take affect until the next pay cycle.
This is usually caused due to the billing model. There are two types:
Monthly billing: everyone is charged on the same day and all changes to tiers happens then
Subscription billing: membets are charged on their joint date. Upgrade tiers is instant and downgrade is on the next billing cycle.

Open Billing & Payouts
Look for Billing model
If available, switch to Subscription Billing
