I Turned Hearts Into SCOTTISH CHAMPIONS In This FM26 Rebuild! (Patreon)

🏆 HEARTS FC ARE SCOTTISH CHAMPIONS!

This FM26 rebuild was all about taking Hearts from a Scottish Premiership side trying to break through… to the Kings of Scotland.

The mission was simple: rebuild Hearts FC in Football Manager 2026, take on the Old Firm, and see if we could bring the title back to Tynecastle. And honestly, this turned into one of the best FM26 rebuild ideas and save challenges I’ve done so far.

From squad building, tactical changes, huge seasons, pressure moments and a full push to the very top of Scottish football — this Hearts FM26 rebuild has everything if you’re looking for a proper Football Manager 2026 career mode challenge.

Included in this Patreon post:

✅ Start save file✅ End save file✅ Tactic used throughout the rebuild✅ Set pieces used

So whether you want to try the Hearts save yourself, use the tactic in your own FM26 save, or just load up the end point and see how the rebuild finished, everything is included here.

As always, the full video is available ad-free for Patreon members ❤️

And if you have a spare second, dropping a like on the YouTube version would mean a lot and really helps push the rebuild out to more FM players. No pressure at all, especially as you can watch it ad-free here, but the support is massively appreciated.
