🔥 THE MOST BROKEN 4-2-3-1 IN FM26 IS HERE!

This tactic is inspired by Mourinho’s Real Madrid and it is genuinely one of the most dominant 4-2-3-1 systems I’ve tested so far in Football Manager 2026.

We’re talking:

✅ 98% win rate✅ 4.5 goals per game✅ Elite attacking output✅ Mourinho-inspired structure✅ A proper plug-and-play FM26 tactic

Inside this Patreon post, you get the full tactic pack:

✅ 3 PC tactic variants✅ Console tactic✅ Mobile tactic

The idea behind the 3 PC versions is to give you flexibility across different saves and match situations, whether you want the main version, a slightly adjusted option, or a version better suited to different levels of teams.

If you’re looking for one of the best FM26 tactics to dominate your save, this 4-2-3-1 is absolutely one to try.

As always, thank you so much for supporting the Patreon ❤️

And if you have a spare second, dropping a like on the YouTube video would honestly mean a lot and really helps push the tactic out to more FM players. No pressure at all, especially as you already get the tactic files here, but it is massively appreciated.

what has been your best most dominant tactic in fm26 for powerhouses and relagation teams

Sven78872

Is it purely down to player ability when you create 30+ chances and 18+ on target and are only scoring 1 goal? I am struggling with FM26.

Does this tactic work on mobile (did you test it)? I feel like the mobile tactics are hit and miss!

New to the patreon, but on the console clip does that mean there’s only one variant for the console tactics?

JoshDaly

Yes bro on console I tend to do the same tactic wise to go attacking and defending that includes, boosting line and tempo to go attacking and lowering them to go defensive :)

GeordieRossCo

Make sense! I still copy your 3 from video I like the variation haha!
