I hope this update finds you well. Here is the latest on the development of our game:

TL;DR: We have switched game engines, added new features, and have decided to push back the release date to ensure we deliver the highest quality game possible. Read on for all the details!

Engine Upgrade - We recently upgraded to Unreal Engine 5.2 for improved performance and capabilities. The upgrade was not seamless, requiring fixes to systems like memory playback, levelling, stats, and equipment. This took more time than expected, but everything is now working smoothly.

New Features - We are working on a highly anticipated interactive adult scene system that will allow full viewpoint control during intimate moments. This exciting but complex feature may not be ready by launch, so we've designated it as post-release content if needed.

Release Date - To accommodate the engine upgrade, new features, and our commitment to quality, we are postponing the official launch. The game should be released in Early Access this year - 2023.

Gameplay - We are rebalancing the risk/reward ratio through new mechanics that make player progression feel more rewarding.

New Content - A Foxy new companion is coming to the Twiwood Forest, challenging players to find her (Peek above - first quick UE import without shaders). We are also giving some characters visual upgrades with improved textures and shaders.

Potential Demo - We are considering releasing a pre-launch demo but need to weigh the time investment versus value.
