Oscar Tafur Vásquez

At one point, One Piece stops feeling like just a long series and becomes part of your life (the weekly excitement, the emotions, the sense of being on the journey too)Many skip it because of its length, not realizing how much it could mean to them. Now that you’ve reached this moment, how would you describe what this journey has given you, and what you might have missed if you hadn’t taken the leap?

Loutre

After discovering marco’s power beeing a mythical zoan and X drake’s beeing ancient zoan. It opens up the possibility of countless mythical or ancient animal/creature to be zoan in the story ! Jessica

Up to this point, how do you feel one piece handles character deaths ?

Rae Ryuko

Can you rank the chopper forms?

A

Two questions: What is your opinion of Garp after Marineford? He clearly wasn't inhis right side of mind when he punched Luffy. What do you think his true power level is? Do you think he's a good person? What do you think Garp's dream is? Secondly: Do you believe Ace's death was necessary for Luffy's growth, either as a captain or as a fighter?

Drawctopus

Of all the islands or locations we've seen so far in One Piece, which is your favorite stylistically or thematically, and which would you choose to live in?

Jamal A Haygood

First off, I've had such a great time watching you two react from the very beginning of One Piece! I feel like I could watch this show over and over. I love how you both are always analyzing trying to predict what's going to happen next. What surprised you the most so far? Were there any predictions you had that you wished had come true? I think it was Kiss who was thinking Luffy would become a warlord after Marineford....that would have been so interesting to see his dynamic with all the other warlords and what effects he would have on the world in a position like that.

Marie

Besides the Garp reveal, what are some changes from the live action did you feel weren't as good as the anime and conversely, which parts do you feel the live action handled better? Keep up the great work and thank you both 💛

James Fischer

Has One Piece ever affected how you approach an obstacle or problem in your life? No need to get too personal of course. I’m curious if your perspective or approach to anything in your own lives has changed after having experienced these characters and stories!

Nersul

I LOVE the Breathtaking World of One Piece video that you've watched before starting the Anime. I'd recommend reacting to it again once you're caught up! With that, what's been your favorite One Piece location thus far?

Daiki Kim(金大希)

What’s your favorite devil fruits?? Love your reactions from 🇯🇵👋

OnePieceLover321

Im interested in understanding your perspective on Garp, why was he so adamant in keeping his title over saving his own grandchildren? Whats your theory on this? What are your overall thoughts on how one piece handle death in the series? I know some animes are not like One Piece, death doesnt just happen even to the villains in one piece. Do you think it was fair how Oda handled Ace's death? Do you think you guys can handle another crew member death in the future? [This comment doesnt attempt insinuate any of this will happen in the future, this is just what i would like the know from the girls theorycraft/thoughts are on the topic]

Joca99

I know this is not just an One Piece question but in regards of Marineford being such a big awesome ark in anime overall, do you compare it to other media? What made it so good? To me this is like a big tournent ark in another anime or a big battle in Lord of the Rings. One of the best ever written

dareal

1. What is your opinion on crocodile now? and what do you speculate is ''his weakness'' that ivankov knows? 2. You've seen blackbeard get another fruit. What is your theory how he is able to do so? 3. What would've been your tactik to save ace? example (if blueno was there he could've just walked to ace in his doa doa dimension, open up a door next to ace and quickly pull him in and close the door).

Jonas do Prado

Have your views on Luffy as a character changed after discovering his story with Ace and Sabo? And how do you see him growing as character and captain in future story arcs?

daniel ahron

What surprised you the most that happened ?

Frits__

Of all the new characters Luffy met, who do hope to see at part of the crew one day?

Louka

your top 3 favorite moments from the arc and why?

dWr

What do you think about Oda killing off both Ace and Whitebeard? I remember a lot of people complaining about oda not doing something like that early on.*Looking at pell* :D Was it a good decision for the story going forward ?

bossminion-freizeit

QUestion? Do you have in plans soon to see One Piece Fan Letter. Maybe after Fishman arc would be good =)

Joshua Molnar

When do we get dune part 2 😂 I promise this one piece related

Karma

After seeing what the legend Buggy did, do you now believe that he is the One Piece? 😶 His power is to cut himself in many pieces. But when together he is literally One Piece

Chop Chop Chopper

I would like to hear you guys opinion on the events of Sabaody and and Marineford. In hindsight you must have realized that the straw heads are clearly outmatched and underpowered. What do you think does that mean for every crew member? How could they grow individually if you were to write this story given that you still didn’t see much from them in the current fishman iland arc.

Carson Edmiston

Who is your favorite member of the Whitebeard Pirates, from a design perspective?

happycarrot

Top 3 moments that shocked you the most during the war?

Juan

People often talk about Marineford as one of THE great anime arcs. Do you personally feel it lived up to the hype? Why or why not?

Fold

Theres only 1100+ episodes to watch, what am I supposed to do when I catch up? F. NOOOOO I never want the adventure to end!!!!

Stoic

Any predictions of what's to come? I always like to hear or see people predict what happens in this show. Especially people after they hit the 2 year time-skip.

HP20

Rank your order of strawhats - like the most to least

HP20

Top 10 iconic/10 favourite moments in the series so far

HP20

Favourite characters not part of the crew

Roli D. Great

It is said that when a Devil Fruit user dies, the devil fruit of the deceased owner just respawns somewhere. Can you pick a One Piece character (obviously without a Devil Fruit Power) that can get the Mera Mera no mi (Flame Flame Fruit) now? And why him/her? P.S. he/she can be part of the Straw Hats. Thank you and goodluck with the next episodes of this great adventure! :)

Humble 💙

Hey Haylo & Kiss 😇🧡, now that you've come this far in One Piece, first things first Congratulations 🥳 I've been dying to ask this, but wanted to wait until more of the world was revealed for you girls. With the wide breath of characters you know now of the show, if you were to create your own crew of 9 members (same # as the strawhats) but the one condition being they can't be strawhats, who now would be in your crew 😁 And bonus question, who are you girls biggest one piece character crushes so far (naming 3 if you can male or female your preference 😊) Please answer this or I won't be able to sleep at night 😅😋🙏 Love, a Humble Fan 💞

Judleart - Julie DL

Hello nakama! I am a Patreon for quite a while but it’s the first time I ask some questions! ✨ I just want to say first that I love your reaction, I love hearing your thoughts about the show! So I do have a few - lots - of questions that I would love to hear you about. (Also sorry if my questions a weirdly turn English is my second language.) 1. In this arc we are introduced to a lot of new concept. (discrimination, injustice, grief, political etc.) Can you name one that make an impression on you more? What moment or subject did you not expect to see in the show? 2. Luffy part 1: Before this arc, luffy’s struggle are more relate to his difficulties in a combat situation with an enemy and how he overcome them in battle. In a way it’s more about physical power. We always have the certitude that at some point he will be able to level up and win. However, the hardships we are shown in this arc are completely different. We are shown that Luffy is not indestructible, that he has fear, has struggles as everybody else on a more human level. What did you thing of that character/ story development? 3. Luffy part 2: In this arc we really face luffy’s fears of loneliness and of lost, and how far he push himself to save the people he love - how little he care for himself being hurt in the process. What are your thoughts about that? 4. Ace death: Ace is a character that we are introduced to quite a while ago and it’s not a character we spend a lot of time before this arc. (It’s even quicker in the manga than the anime). But Oda does a fantastic job to make us feel really attach to the Ace through the hardships of Luffy trying to save him during this arc. I feel like a lot of the sadness related to his death come with what this lost represents to Luffy. And how it will impact him in the future? What are your thoughts on that? What are your finals impressions of Ace’s death ? 5. Political questions (only if you are comfortable to talk about that) One piece is a really political show that denounces lot of injustices and prone freedom of self and speech. We are introduced to a lot of really political concept in this arc, in shabaody we are introduce to celestials dragons, the class system, the human trafficking and prejudice against fishman and mermaids etc. I would consider this a deep dive in the universe of one piece. Did it made you relate to things in real life? Did you expect those developments? How do you feel it will affect the story? 6. Luffy punching a celestial dragon take a new meaning when we finally see his childhood. What are your thoughts about that? 7. Grief and mourning: The introduction of Sabo gave us a new understanding of Luffy. We learn that Luffy already experienced loss before and was capable to overcome it. What are you thoughts about it? Thanks for sharing your reactions with all of us every week!! All the best for you two!! xxxxxx

The Alchemical Seed

HAYLO &KISS SWANNNN!!! Oda once said that the final arc would make marineford look like a filler episode. Having gotten this far, what do you predict that the end of the story will look like? What do you think the One Piece is?

Richard Moreno

Do u girls think Garp should have interfered against Akainu like for real? What are your thoughts/feelings about it?

Emil Beckett

1 - One Piece has a lot of great mysteries; The Blank Century, The Will of D, The One Piece itself to name a few. Which of the One Piece mysteries do you guys find most intriguing, and do you have any theories? 2 - Two of the Four Emperors haven’t really been introduced yet, apart from their names - Kaido & Big Mom. Do you have any expectations of them? And which of them do you want to meet first? 3 - Oda has an amazing ability to create backstories that explains so well why characters are who they are, as well as their ambition and motivation. Are there any characters that you viewed differently after their backstory was told, and are there any characters whose backstory you would like to see? Keep up the great work. Your content is always top quality and entertaining.

Radiatron18

Where you surprised as to where luffy is power wise compared to the rest of the whitebeard pirates?

Missoto

At what point was One Piece's turning point for you guys? Like, "Wow, this isn't just any show." For some people it's Nami's arc on Coco Island, others it's Enies Lobby... And what was yours?

Meek

Worst Character Design? And why is it the gut that pulls the hammer out of his chin? 😂

Clayrix

Hello Haylo & Kiss!! First of all congratulations on reaching the New World and cheers to a new adventure! Now, my questions to you girls is, the first one is now that you have seen a lot of different types of Devil Fruits, out of all of it, which one is your personal favorite? and second question is what scene/episode that impact you girls the most? Thank you so much and I really love your guys thoughts and reactions on One Piece.Looking forward to a new adventure with you girls! P/S. Sorry if my English is bad.

MariG

Does it sometimes feel like spoilers that you guess almost everything correctly?

Guino7 Robet

As you guys progress through the story, do you have any crazy theories for the future? And if you could chose any devil fruit to have in real life which one would it be? (I would chose Marco's)

RO9

At what point in the story do you think you’ll begin dreading the thought of being caught up, if you ever will or already have? Btw your vids are top tier gold

𝙶𝚘𝚕𝚍𝙻𝚒𝚍𝚒𝚊 🏴‍☠️🦇

Hello girls! Heso! First of all, thank you sm for reacting to One Piece, It feels like it was yesterday when you started because of the Live Action! It makes me happy to see people who truly enjoy the anime and make it this far. - My questions are: Do you think Ace made the right choice to turn back and fight Akainu instead of escaping with Luffy? - If you could give a devil fruit to the crewmates without one (Sanji, Franky, Usopp, Nami, Zoro) which one would it be? Hope you have an amazing week ❤️

Jon D. Dane

2 years have now passed and out crew have obviously gotten stronger. What new powerups do you think everyone has gotten? What new powerups do you wish everyone would get? Say all the non devil fruit having got a fruit, which fruit would you give each straw hat? (Can be one we have seen or one you make up)

TheNoach

With 500+ episodes behind you, watching 2 episodes every other day, have there ever been a moment where you felt watching the next episode was more like a chore than out of enjoyment? (Not trying to be a downer, just wandering as i remember i had to take a break while binging 800 episodes). :D

Sora

"What is a one piece?" "Yeah, a piece of what?" It was you at One Piece Live Action episode 1. So now, what do you think the one piece can be ?

Madi Shayakhmetov

We have seen powerhouses both of Marines (Admirals) and Pirates (Yonkos), who have impressed u more and what do u expect from Yonkos we havent seen yet?

Cornelio III Manzano

Hello! How do you think Marineford would have went down if the entire strawhat crew was present?

Devon Joseph

The crew has many interesting dynamics when paired together, opening up the story for a ton of interesting interactions and relationships between the Straw Hats. They are even seperated into three group naturally. Luffy, Zoro, Sanji being the Monster Trio (Because they are the strongest.) Brook, Franky, Robin being the Weird/Freaky Trio (Cause they are the kookiest of the bunch.) and the Scaredy-Cat/Weakling Trio of Chopper, Usopp, and Nami. Which group combo do you like the most or do you have your own pairings/relationships that you like the most?

Olle jz

What are the biggest/most exciting mysteries in the story so far?

Mugiwaraaaaa

“Owwwwww” *franky voice/super pose* haylo-chwan and kiss-swan, if you could eat any two devil fruits like Blackbeard, which two would you pick? Love the reactions as always

Asher

Out of all the characters that have been hinted at about in the story, or ones that we have already met and know, who are you excited to learn more about? List at least 3 each for the both of you! Or if you can think of more that’s fine too!

Frits__

Which Strawhat did you miss most during Impel down and marine ford?

Wojciechu

Hello, sisters. Why does Kiss always apologize after screaming with excitement? Do you have to stay quiet to avoid alarming your dogs and/or neighbors? That's nerfing the reaction! xD

charlie

what is your favorite laugh so far in the series and what are some fringe characters you hope to see again

Nick Adams

After these first 500+ episodes, how would you sell someone on the story of One Piece if they had never heard of it?

Loay Ahmed

who’s your favorite character aside from the strawhats?

BeefNoodleSoup

In the post-war arc, you two were brainstorming what Luffy/Rayleigh’s plan would be. One of the suggestions was Luffy possibly becoming a warlord. I thought that was a really fun guess! And since the warlords have some spots open, I want to ask, are there any current characters that you would like to see join the warlord system?

PANIK

On which island so far would you spend your vacation? And with which character, if you have to choose one?

Pumpkin

Do you think Crocodile made the right call rejecting Doflamingo’s alliance? Did you ever think Mr. 3 could actually be a trump card at Marineford, or a bigger player than we expected? Between luck and bad luck, which really makes Buggy who he is? Buggy has always wanted to be a pirate king. Do you think he got this influence from Captain Roger, and could we see him achieve it based on his potential shown in Marineford? Why do you think Law chose that exact moment to save Luffy?

Cristina Domenech

Marineford is a HUGE event in One Piece, and most people consider it a halfway point in the entire adventure since we are about to enter the New World! What are some things you'd really like to see in the second half of the journey?

tonniiee

After witnessing marineford and having heard so many names through the story who do you think will be the top 3 biggest problems/characters for luffy in the future continuing this journey?

Awynze

What is the moment you are most looking forward to being adapted in the live action series?

Rigged

in your opinion, how would the marines change if any of the 3 admirals step up as fleet admiral?

Anomaly3182

In the whole series what character has the best style (clothes wise)?

Cesar Gatica

what was the most surprising thing or something you didn’t expect to happen? For example: Shanks arriving at Marineford, Ace being Roger’s son, or the brotherhood story of Luffy, Ace, and Sabo… just to name a few, but it could be others

MrFabe

What do you think about Crocoboy? Why did he support Luffy so often, save Ace, and watch over Luffy so strangely? I thought he behaved inappropriately there, and that's never a coincidence in One Piece.

Sekida Vermonte

my only question is, are you two glad you didnt wait for the live action to go over reverse mountain??

Mirana

What were your top 5 moments in the Marineford arc?

My ben

I have a fun little game for you 2 if you have to make a crew and you have to recruit 10 people who would it be? (Forbidden to use the members of the straw hats) It allows you to see your personality and your character, it would be cool and funny, you could compare with your sister and you don't have the right to take both of you from the same people

Leighton

Outside of Ace, who was your favorite Whitebeard crew member or ally?

Kai Raine

What do you think the One Piece is?

kavon lewin

Who is your favorite and least favorite marine? Favorite island?and which character has the saddest backstory in your opinion?

JF

Do you think the whole crew should’ve been present at during marine ford?

R RB

What do you think about Ace's fatal decision of fighting Akainu? It looks like i need to force to convince myself that not run was part of his nature, but also, looks kinda irresponsible.

notti

1) Out of all the devil fruits and/or abilities (even non-DF) that you've seen so far, what do you think is the coolest and maybe something you wouldn't mind having if you were in the One Piece world? 2) What did you think of Ace's Garp's thoughts and actions all throughout the Marineford arc? 3) Whose growth in the Strawhats are you most excited for post time-skip?

Playahater101

Where does One Piece rank in your all time anime/manga/story list with what you’ve seen so far? Which character are you looking forward to explore the most in the next half of the story? Which mystery of One Piece is the most interesting to you? (Void century, Will of D, the actual One Piece treasure, Blackbeard’s two DF, etc.)

rina

ohmigad so many questions! What are the biggest mysteries that you're most curious about so far now that you've come this deep into the story?

Loic_French

Haylo said whitebeard is her most character and you want to have statue from him. Girls have you one no?

Playahater101

Now that we’ve seen a rare mythical zoan devil fruit in Marco’s phoenix fruit, any thoughts on what other mythical fruit we’ll see in the future?

gee

What are your thoughts on the war had you been a regular OP citizen. Would you support Akainus actions? In this war did he display leadership qualities that you would support and follow?

Loic_French

So0bett98

DO you believe sir crocodile is luffy mom?

Daniel Atkinson

Grab and pen and paper, you have 1 minute, draw your sisters jolly roger, GO!

_kags

If you were dropped in the OP universe, which faction would you like to be part of? Pirate, Marine, Civilian, Revolutionary etc. Do you think there will be any more crew members added in the post-timeskip? If no, which of the current members' dreams do you think will be realised first? If yes, are there any characters you've met so far whom you would like to join the crew?

Lorebär

Hello you two, and greetings from Germany. My roommates and I are really enjoying your One Piece journey, which reminds us a lot of our own. So, now that you've met all seven warlords, we're very interested to know which one is your favorite and how you rate their strength compared to the four emperors❓ Thank you☺

Niklas

When you're watching One Piece, do you ever think about the start of your journey from the Live Action season 1, and even the "Breathtaking world of One Piece" video? Do you ever catch yourself thinking back, or remembering scenes from the Breathtaking world of One Piece video that you've watched so far? Because One Piece is such a long series with over 1100(!) episodes, did you feel like it was a daunting task to tackle? Do you feel the same way about it being long/daunting than you did when you started it? What are some things you did not like, wish to have seen, were different about Marineford arc (if any)? What did you think about the absence of the rest of the strawhat crew from the whole marineford arc? It is ~110 episodes after all. It was in real time about 2 years without Luffy and the rest of the gang together for us weekly watchers. What do hope/wish to see or be expanded on in future episodes? Who's your favorite character outside of the Strawhat pirates? Based on the limited information you have so far ~500 episodes in, what are YOUR theories about what the One Piece actually is? This might be breaking the 4th wall a bit, but how many episodes of One Piece do you watch per week? Is it the same amount as you release or do you catch yourself watching more if it's something you just need to know what happens next? If you could compare a character in One Piece with one another, who would you be (For example, if Haylo would suggest Kiss is x character from One Piece)? Not about looks or gender, but more about how they act and personality. What would your roles be on the Strawhat ship if you were part of the crew (Nami = Navigator, Luffy = Captain, Chopper = Doctor etc)? Do you believe Crocodile is Luffy's mom (Highly conspiracy theory from back when Impel Down/Marineford released regarding Ivankov knowing Crocodile's secret)? Based on the past ~500 episodes, what are your personal top 5 moments so far in the series? (For example, Zoro's Nothing happened moment or Nami's Help me moment)

Ada

Who was your MVP char of the arc - from impel down all the way to marine ford ? A. Boa Hancok B. Bon Clay C. Jimbei D. Crocodile E. Ivan Your reactions are so wholesome! Keep it up! Ps: wen kpop demon hunters 1. Most watched movie of all time on Netflix 2. Top 10 Billboard for 4 of the songs in the movie 3. Global sensation You two will loveeee itt! And we will loveee your reaction to it :)

John Thomas

What are your thoughts on Doflamingo? Who do y'all think he's connected to in the WG? 🤔

Wojciechu

Hello again! Kiss once said that she would want to spend a day with Brook. If he asked, would she have shown her panties to him? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

SimStu

If you were to make 1 change to any of the straw hats post time skip (design, characterization, writing, etc), what would it be? Personally, I would make Franky's Pompadour the default setting for his hair style

SimStu

2 years ago, you both watched the live action for the first time, and at the time, you said you would only watch what they adapted. How happy are you after going against that decision?

Ben Asay

My favorite part about this portion of the story is how old enemies became allies and how their help made things possible that wouldn't have happened otherwise. What was your guys favorite moment when it comes to Luffy working with all his old enemies (Buggy, Mr3, Croco boy ect.)? Love the reactions and so excited for the future! Take care you guys 😎

Elinaboo

What stuck out the most to you guys during this arc?

Elinaboo

What points do you guys keep thinking of, even after this arc?

adrian zavala

If you were in the OP world, which of the 3 haki would you specialize in?

Starr

Jose Rodriguez

Who and/or what do you think is the greatest threat that the Straw Hats (either all together or individually) will face moving forward now that you've seen marineford and the capabilities of the world? Hopefully my question isn't too late too be included.

Congrats on making it this far in the story of One Piece! Not so such a question, but on a scale of 1-10, how much did you what to hug Luffy after everything he went through? My answer is 1 billion!

It's been basically a year since you two finished the last mega saga, which was Alabasta ofc (I can't believe it's already been a year!!!), and we're quickly reaching the two-year mark of your One Piece journey!! From a bird's-eye view, the Marineford saga is a super big shift in the story's tone, complexity, and scope, especially when compared to the beginning of the series and even Water 7 (which was the last time a shift like this happened)! How have your views on the story and its characters changed over the past year, either as a result of finishing -- or because of the journey leading up to -- Marineford? And how might it have influenced the way you two view and interact with stories in general?

Probably too late, but now that you're at the timeskip do you have a favorite One Piece laugh? Or a specific one that really stands out?😄
