Oda certainly did a spectacular job at making us hate the Celestial Dragons. Anime has great villains generally, but OP villains are a tier above.

The Goldfish Queen wants a bigger container for allow her people to grow. It is a cool story element to make the Queen a Goldfish that grows according to the size of its container. Fishman island and the palace are both fish bowls that limits the queens and country's growth.
