In this episode is one of those stupid call back/gag that always makes me laugh and is often overlooked. Both of Vander Decken's henchmen are tag with the letters "A" and "B". This is a callback to Ennies Lobby. Whe then Straw Hats arrrived all the marines said "That's Pirate Hunter Zoro, Strawhat Luffy's underling." Which Sanji found funny and laughed at Zoro "They called you an underling", and Zoro answered "At least I'm not nameless pirate A""B then?" Just wanted to point out the reference 😁. Also, it's fascinating how all of us side with the actions of Hody. It's so difficult to take the high road when in presence of disgusting Tenryuubitos

Arlong is such a pathetic creature, he got one shotted by Kizaru and batted around like a kid with Jinbei. He chose to go to the weakest sea so he could be a big fish in a small pond. Real hero I tell ya. If Hordy ever faced an admiral he'd get one shotted too. Both talk a big game about fishman supremacy, but don't go after the big dogs.

Vander Decken is beyond a creep. Something else to keep in mind though is that the age of consent is much younger than 18 in Japan. That being said, that doesn’t make it right. When they wrote this character it’s possible that it was not the intention of readers or viewers to view him as a pedo. Buuut I could be wrong. lol please correct me if I am! 👍🏻
