Geez Louise lol. What a crazy ep. We love us some Maki <3

Strawhat Gabo

the girls are grinding out so much content right now wow .They are just awesome appreciate the hard work

Ygjez

THATS WHY SHE IS THE GOAAAT....THE GOOOAAATT

Wsgyan

The guy that died thinking maki was dead and bleeding from his eyes etc is known to be the nicest guy in the zenin clan I think it’s cool that maki didn’t have to kill him he just died by himself because he used his technique too much

Wsgyan

Also when maki asked her mom « why did you tell me to come back » she was referring to when she was about to walk into that set up with her dad in the vault so her mom knew it was leading to her death but tried to warn her but since she was controlled by the clan and stuff she just said come back that’s why maki asked that. Every woman in the zenin clan is treated like crap and her mom wasn’t an exception she was also abused so we can’t really blame her for how she was

Chase

Jesus Chr..Jeez louise 😂 this episode has that kind of effect

J

It’s sad to think if they weren’t twins both maki and mai could have been top grade sorcerers. We get to see maki reach her potential but we can only wonder about Mai.

Dan Reed

Wow y’all popped off with the uploads today!

MrJacq

This was a great episode, and I especially liked the Kill Bill reference.

hellride18

The jump for her to go from being considered a stain to their legacy, to no diffing the entire clan that was talking mad shit her whole life is so satisfying

Baker

Naoya mentioned to Maki's mother in the first episode of this season that a woman who doesn't follow behind a man should be stabbed in the back, ironically it was that same woman he told that to that ended his life by plunging a dagger into his back, stabbing him to death

Star.D.ust

"Nah. She took it with her." and she left behind the most Perfect Preparation for Maki. Bye Zenin clan, no one misses you. I love Maki so much. The sumo pose to face him head-on, and the fact that it goes against values and expectations for women then + paired with the traditional instrumentation. Such a masterpiece of a season so far with all these references, homages and symbolism.

Peer Zoro

7:04 like most people failed to notice Toni’s frame over maki.

Smoker S

Well... she wasn't lying in the movie

Manny

I’m not saying it wasnt sweet to see Maki mourning Mai. I’m not saying those people didn’t deserved it. Even though it was great to see Maki taking down the house but some of the deaths were so grim and gory that I couldn’t help but feel sad. This outcome came to be because they didn’t show the slightest bit of mercy to Maki and Mai so why should Maki?

Manny

I was thinking he looked like a nice enough guy

Nat

I literally love Maki so much

miles

This is a misconception from a fake chapter extra page, in reality he just bullied the Kukuru Unit the least in comparison to Naoya/Jinichi/Ogi and sometimes cleaned up after training

Wsgyan

I said he was the nicest in the clan but it doesn’t mean he was a great person either lol

Nermin Selimovic

THANK YOU! Heylo being like one of just a few Reaction Creators that actually got that her Cursed Energy is now exactly Zero, making her Heavenly Restriction complete. So many others were "omg her cursed energy now must be so high" like bruh... what did Mai say.

Isac christensen

This episode was fantastic,The choir was perfect. It is the Kill Zen'in episode Starring maki as the lead and the zen'in clan as losers. Great reaction, also Jujutsu Gatling made me laugh loudly. :)

M

did your camera quality get worse or is it just me?

Katrina Miller

The zenin clan is based on power structures enforced by misogyny, SA, and incest. You should feel no pity for any of them. Maki and mai left the clan, proving any of them could have left, so anyone there was complicit in their abuse

Manny

I don’t feel remorse for them. I’m just saying how messed up the whole ordeal is. But interesting I’m not sure if it’s stated somewhere but given what Mai said last season “because you worked hard I had to put in effort too!” I can only surmise that this means Maki worked to get out of there and make a name for herself while Mai did as well likely for survival otherwise she’d be left alone and dead in the water with those people. Horrible to think about.

Kaybee

Their mother loved them, but expressed it through tragic, powerless actions within the oppressive Zenin clan, ultimately wanting her daughters to escape and find freedom, even if it meant Maki had to kill her to break free from the clan's cycle of abuse, which she did out of a twisted hope for Maki's strength and a desire for the clan's destruction. She was a victim of the same system that tormented Maki and Mai, and her final act of stabbing Naoya was a silent victory, fulfilling her hope for Maki's power and a blow against the clan's misogyny. She also tries to stop Maki from entering the vault, knowing it would lead to danger, even though it meant risking her own life. Stabbing Naoya was a powerful, albeit delayed, act of defiance against the man who threatened her daughters, proving she sided with Maki's path. Basically her final act of rebellion against the misogynistic clan.

M

I also noticed that , i wonder if the camera needs re-focused or something used to be real clear now it kinda looks like blurry or something Cant really pinpoint it.

Try changing quality in player settings

David Bell

Seems some of the animators are definitely Kill Bill fans lol this was almost identical to the crazy 88 fight scene.

M

Maki's transformation is a spiritual rebirth, not a copy of Toji. The Zenin clan erased her identity, and Mai's sacrifice giving up her cursed energy and life removed Makis final limiter fullfilling her heavenly pact. Without cursed energy, Maki's body and will align with the same type of existence Toji had, but this was her own awakening. Both share the same kind of soul - rejected by the clan, shaped by suffering, and driven by resolve. Toji was a tragedy; Maki is the evaluation, the answer to his unfinished life.

Did we need to see Maki give Naoya the Luffy -> Bellamy one shot punch 4 times?... Yes, yes we did...👊🏻

Geo

This was my favourite chapter in the manga. Iv waited so long for it to be animated and it did not disappoint. Maki will always be my favourite character in JJK.
