I don't think it was ever said there are no women there. We did see Reiju and a slew of maids almost immediately after Haylee said that. What they said was that "most" of the citizens of the Germa Kingdom were men. I actually think Sanji turned out the way he did in spite of being surrounded by a male majority rather than because of it.

Sanji is really one of the most complex characters in OP. Remember, Sanji called himself, Mr Prince almost 717 episodes ago during Little Garden and Alabastia Arc. Just goes to show where Oda was thinking about Sangi from the beginning! It literally took 17 years for us OGs to get Sanji's back story reveal!

Yeah, that's one of those things I find unfortunate about the way the anime "inflates" the manga panels. Sometimes, they add nonsensical actions to characters when there's limited imagery in the manga. In this case, in the manga panel they hint at that Zeff must've used his peg leg when he yells at Sanji. Whereas the animators said like "idk must've punched him lol"

The way I've always taken it, is that Zeff taught Sanji that your hands are for cooking and caring, feet are for fighting. So when Zeff punches him, thats him showing Sanji that he cares for him. Zeffs style has always been one of tough love, and Sanji picked that up too. Thats why I think showing Zeff punch him was a pretty deliberate choice.

I didn't mean this as a negative, I mesnt that it's cute how Zeff punches him to show him he's not fighting him or he doesn't hate him. It's sweet in his own way

Zeff wasn't fighting, he was teaching Sanji a lesson 😂

Zoro would either accidentally keep finding his way out despite the forest's best efforts while continuously finding his way back to the forest after escaping it, or he'd escape because he got frustrated and cut down the entire forest instead, and all the flowers and everything not a tree is cowering in fear lmao
