Hey, wait a minute… when did you ladies start reacting to Cake Boss instead of OP? 😅😅😅 Cake Piece is here baby! 🎂🎂🎂 [weeeeeeeedding keeekiiiii]

Colleen Scott

The bigger the bounty, the longer the fight! 😜

Katakuri said a wise thing to Luffy. There is always someone better. It nicely shows that he is not underestimating Luffy but judging him based on his abilities. I have a feeling based on beginning of this fight that this will be some learning lesson for Luffy. And I would not say that this is not fair. Katakuri is just well trained he knows how to use his ability clever and combine it with Haki. Good one on one duel it seems. I do not think that Katakuri is making fun of Luffy just showing him that he can easily match his abilities. Interestingly, Katakuri did not make any fun from Pedro like his brother. He seems to have a respect for the people willing to fight

Started watching from the start when you were at Fisherman Island, Finally caught up in time to see one of my fave fights in OP. Also this is the last arc I've seen the anime of, only read the manga after this, looking forward to watching it.

MotU_Shosha

I totally understand that. I do not like some decisions they made with the animations in the next arc and stopped to watch the anime as well at some point. On top the pacing was sometimes very bad again and I did not enjoy the anime as much as before. Of course I need to be vague here to avoid spoiler, but there are some great scenes in the next arc of the anime, including one of my favourite scenes. For example chapter 1000 was animated in episode 1015. Of course Oda-sensei managed to make the 1000th chapter very special and the animations for that chapter are really beautiful. If you ask me it's pure art and I get emotional just thinking of the episode and that very special scene.

MotU_Shosha

No :) Ace vs. Jimbei lasted for 5 days and their combined bounty was lower than 1 billion. Akainu vs. Aokiji lasted 10 days and their combined bounty was zero. ;)

I was talking about Luffy's fights, and I was talking about the number of episodes. Just giving a cheeky heads up to what they are in for, without spoiling anything. 😃

MotU_Shosha

I think that it is really impressive that Katakuri acknowledges Luffy as a serious danger and as he said Luffy would become an even greater threat if they let him escape. Katakuri is a monstrous fighter and such words from him towards Luffy are really impactful.

Homerus

yes i have seen clips of that multiple times, hard to escape

Ayyy this is the end of my 2.5 year long journey with H&K. Thanks a lot for the reactions, shared emotions and fun!

DE4THWI5H

"I've never seen Brook like this." He lost all of the Rumbar pirates. Losing crewmates hits him hard.

Snowman9712

Have a good one, thanks for joining us! ✨️ May I ask what made you leave?

Wojciechu

There are currently some changes happening in my life. I just won't have time to watch reaction content.

Saya Scarlet

Jimbei is the realest, man... T_T Also, we need to adopt Perona, Carrot and Pudding *STAT*.
