Katakuri Bounty is 1,057,000,000 Berries. Ruffy's favorite number is 56. Because the 5 in Japanese stands for GO and 6 for MU, which is what the Gomu stands for his fruit. Katakuris bounty 1,057,000 seems random but its actually a small diss to luffy. In Japanese 56 sounds like "gomu" so the fact that he has 57 million is like saying even his bounty is superior to luffy who is rubber (gomu)

Just cause I see this being misused all the time these days, OST is not a single piece of music. OST stands for Original Sound Track. The show has one OST, and the OST is made up of the music used in the show. Calling a piece of music an OST is like calling a song an album. So Katakuri's theme, in this case, is top tier.
