Jay

Snakeman is so underappreciated. Thanks for the triple drop gals!

John Paul

Gear 4 Snakeman Luffy is finally here, the animation for the finale of this fight popped off. One of the best fights imo wow 😯.

dWr

thx for the triple ladies :) amazing episodes. Katakuri was such a good opponent

Evoke 310

IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!! 🤌🏽

Kokuutou92

WE'RE WITNESSSSSING PEAKNESSSSSSSSS SSSS SSSS 🐍man! By far my favorite form! This is like gear 2 on roids. This is the most intense insane 1v1 fight ever since Rob Lucci at Enies Lobby.

Kokuutou92

There's ppl who underappreciate or dont like 🐍man?

Kokuutou92

By far my favorite Luffy's 1v1, this one topped 1v1 against Lucci

Fadi

Episode by episode animation only gets better

Fadi

Fights from now on only gets some of the best ever

Leo

The music from the beginning of the anime has evolved and will keep evolving. Onepiece has very symbolic music.

Wsgyan

Mystoms is top 3 in the verse btw

JF

Luffy’s anaconda don’t want none of Katakuri’s Mochi buns

Sekida Vermonte

i really felt that "dont say wedding cake-E" at the end there :D

Dutchalexlol

I love Katakuri so much, for a man that prides himself on being able to see the future, him saying "You're seeing quite far into the future" definitely feels like an acknowledgement of Luffy's dream to be the pirate king. Easily my favorite "villain" so far! The straw hats would've been in major trouble if he hadn't been honorable enough to injure himself too just to even the playing field. Too good!

Star.D.ust

"you're seeing quite far into the future" from the man with the best future sight we've seen truly shows Katakuri's RESPECT for Luffy. & Luffy respecting him by covering his face with that silly hat over his straw hat? Oda's mind!

Dan Reed

One of the best fights of the show, and a preview of the insane animation to come!

Dara Pot

Katakuri knew he had nothing left. They stated it before they landed their last blow. Katakuri did everything he could to stay concious but he lost this battle of wills

grafael

Buckle up girls, ep 870 is just the taste test of modern day animation for One Piece

Árpád Kómár

plus, what was there to convince him that Luffy wouldn't just bounce back again? he did it the first thousand times

Árpád Kómár

conqueror's haki is just farting. all the lesser men just pass out

C2-H5-OH

HK, will you someday, come back to watch Wano with us? "Of course! Because we will be the king of the reaction channels!"

C2-H5-OH

Luffy covered his face to respect the dignity of his opponent, who fought honorably.

C2-H5-OH

The look in Luffy's eyes looking up at Katakuri meant so much to me. Showing every ounce of his will

C2-H5-OH

Katakuri fought and lost honorably, even falling on his back to signal defeat. How can you not love this family-oriented pelican eel?

Jay Chauhan

Literally no words can describe this happiness

SupremeCai

LETS GOOO TRIPLE DROP BABYYY

Lokei

I love that you guys were able to pick up on Luffy covering Katakuri's face as a gesture of sign of respect knowing Katakuri was heavily insecure about his flaws. Just another reason to love Luffy

OpuSan

If you thought this was a pretty fight to watch, then holy budget increase, you're in for a treat and its not just the fights!

Gingerrr

It's funny, i always think that Snakeman is when Luffy looks most like Dragon

Jose Luis Membreno

Can i say thank you to you girls for the triple videos and for you girls to see Gear 4 Snakeman Luffy and the animation was a joy for me to watch your reaction

Seryth

Luffy probably named his move King Cobra because it's the king of the snakes. But it's also an homage to the father of a dear friend. All Hail King Cobra!

Retorix

Let's Go!!!

Narukyuu

so excited it's only getting better from here on!!!

Daniel Atkinson

875-877 is another good triple to see the end of the arc.

Idkanymore hi

this fight is my go to when i show people why one piece is amazing will never forget the first time i watched 870 and freaked out

Jass

Oh, that flick of his cigarette! Love is in the air!

Seven

Gear 4!!... Snakeman 🐍

Matt Krambeer

Maybe you guys forgot, but Luffy did Gear 4 "Tank Man" against Cracker, so at this point we technically already knew that Gear 4 has different modes. Bounce Man, Tank Man, and now Snake Man.

Merhet

Ah, time for my depression medication 🥰

kittyburglar

luffy leaving the hat over katakuri’s mouth 👩‍🍳💋

noa🦇💕

Sanji is the kindest strawhat a lot of people misunderstand him but he is one piece in one character lol. Love rewatching these with you ladies💕

noa🦇💕

Also Nami gained respect for sanji’s chivilary in enies lobby before she stepped in to fight bubble sheep girl when she realized it wasn’t just a gag or he wasn’t looking down on women. it was genuine kindness

Grimm

uhhh the long One Piece debate that still happens till this day. That if Luffy did actually win or If he did win then he should've actually lost.

DevilWearsAdidas

luffy vs katakuri is longer than a large amount of other anime just by itself.

Narddogg89

My personal theory, I think Katakuri will lead a faction of the Big Mom Pirates in the future. I also think that faction will side with Luffy after he becomes the Pirate King.

onii-chan!!

That poor wall ain’t ready for the next arc…

Muhd Irvan

“Weddingu cakey” is traumatised words, i agree hayle

Jack Collins

Thank you for a triple! Been waiting for this reveal for so long❤️ it’s crazy this show just only gets better and better.

Hafn3rflocke

YES! arigato for giving us this 3 episodes of peakness in a single one as we wished for! :3

Hafn3rflocke

a Q tho, do you need to actually mute the sound while the ep title is spoken by luffy?

Mori

I'm caught up and the Katakuri fight is still my favorite. It's so good.

Archie

A man who won’t stay down vs a man who won’t fall down.. what’s scarier

draeonic 🪼

Same as he did on kuja island. A man will fight you too the death but also protect your secrets.

L.Falo

What I love about your reactions is that nothing misses your eyes, you guys get so locked in and let nothing go over your heads, your predictions are terrifying though🤣🤣 at this point I wouldn't put it past ya'll to just predict what the one piece is, your color of observation haki is next level 🔥🔥🙌🤣 never thought I would watch one piece all over again because it's so long and you forget a lot of things, but watching these reactions and going along on the journey a second time makes me appreciate this show and the characters so much I just finished watching Whole cake island 🔥🙌. I'll be waiting for you in the land of Wano, COME AT ANY COST!!

Im MaGG

Kiss worrying the whole time and than there's Haylo who's just absolutely loving it and cant stop smiling as one should!!!!

Mellaroco

You girls can now watch OP20 spoiler free ... one of the best one piece openings

JarnBeeTV

WEDDING CAKEY!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Rigged

cant wait for the Soulpocus

Seb

"you're seeing quite far into the future" just goes so incredibly hard

Seven

Haylee just smiling thru the whole battle 🤣

Bubba0xs

Don't know if you guys picked up on what was happening there at around 11:06, but Luffy and Katakuri began to respond to one anothers future statements. Easy to overlook considering the Snakeman reveal right after though 😂

Narddogg89

Katakuri could have fallen on his front side again if he wanted to. He fell backwards intentionally as a show of respect to Luffy for beating him.

Folded Ghoul

two things: 1) if Luffy had Snakeman all this time he could have wrapped up the Doffy fight sooooo much faster. 2) It is a little hard to discern, but the two of them (Kat and Luffy) are using future sight to talk to one another. It is why their convos seem disconnected. They are listening to the answers the other would ask questions about before the questions were actually asked

Folded Ghoul

Also, to this day I am pretty sure Flampe is listed as the most hated One Piece character in the entire show because she A) interfere with their fight, but more importantly B) because of how quickly she turned on Kat xD

Near Uchiha

you dont wanna see it. pudding is 16 years old.

Bryce Mayon

Might still be my favorite fight of the series!

Alya Nabila

Sanji being my #1 along with luffy after this arc hahaha. So i feel you hailey

elementalist33

The character writing is subtle: What you've witnessed is how their captain Big Mom is like a walking disaster, and Katakuri has taken the place of their rock: someone they can rely on. But obviously that comes at a cost. Luffy has shown him a resolve he doesn't have, the ability to improve dramatically because he doesn't care about his appearance, he only cares about doing whatever it takes to win which was greater than Katakur's resolve to fight. He may have been stronger and faster than Luffy, but he lost the battle of wills, because his family was more of a burden to him whereas Luffy's family is a support to him.
