lol right when I said “I love this crew” you guys said the same thing. That’s why I watch you guys.

Svenja

I'm speechless

One of the reasons I love One Piece so much is because Oda's writing really rewards you for caring about the series and the characters there in. It's almost like a trust fall exercise, and he catches you everytime.

This series has my favorite writing. Even though I hold Death Note to an equal height, OP appeals even a bit more to me

DarnedStingray8

Oh, boy, I can't wait for Reverie to start in the very next episode.... o_o

TheGnomoboi

Now that you guys have started the cover stories and sbs's back up, I really hope to see another openings reaction video

2026-10-08 20:00 Not spoilers, just pointing back to stuff we already knew: As Halyo stated about the "eternal youth" operation and Doflamingo knowing about "the secret treasure" Doflamingo also stated that IF HE HAD the OP OP fruit, he would already been King of the world of something similar ... and we KNOW law can do SHAMBLES and SWAP PEOPLE BODIES with that fruit power, what if doflamingo knows about this "secret king" that rules the gov and his plan was to swap bodies with him 🫪 ALSO some japanese interesting fact ... it was said this "shadow figure" it's called IMU, which "written/spell" backwards is UMI, in japanese UMI means "sea/ocean" 😳😵‍💫

One piece is the best story ever created.

EgregiousGrievous

And you ladies were going to stop watching OP after the LA S2 anime episodes. Also the end of Alabasta was Oda's original ending to OP before OP told him there is more to the story it wants to tell.

Kyle T

bro stop.

charlie

hope this comment is deleted cause why are you even saying all this

Azael Santacruz

because they are non spoilers, and like i said they are interesting stuff to point out based on what its known and IMU's name was revealed on this episode, and doing playword and translations its also non spoilers

Oh boy, and it's just gonna keep getting better! I'm so glad I found the girls on their love action reaction years ago. This has been such a great journey to rewatch with them

Zaatsuyo

so whos the final villan?????

Karri S

That's not how the Japanese language typically works though. For the most part, katakana/hiragana are syllable-based, which means if you're reversing the characters for Imu (i-mu), they would be come out as "Mui" (mu-i).

Ok. First post. No spoilers. We need to be doing some serious detective work on the significance of the butterflies, because they are definitely associated with this "king/queen?" and there were some very deliberate shots of a blue butterfly in Dressrosa. I feel like I have seen them earlier in the series as well.

I haven't met others who are emotionally receptive (but with the meaning behind it) as me, besides these two man. At least we get the opportunity to share the same thing together on Patreon, knowing I'm ironically watching with like people. The right people are always few and far between, haha. Bless the internet.

"I'm sure we're a million miles off" "Well yes but actually no" xD
