Colonel Sanders is the former owner (and mascot) of Kentucky Fried Chicken. I think he was being sarcastic, since I think Los Pollos Hermanos is a similar chicken chain. Oh, and here's a detail I just thought of, Hector knew he was going to kill Gus's partner even before the meeting. That's why he used the bosses pool as a toilet. Because he knew the boss was going to have to clean it after the meeting anyway.
