How to Make an Envelope for a Tunnel Card

Step-by-step tutorial to make an envelope for a tunnel card. A cute way to protect your tunnel cards. Supplies: Cardstock or other sturdy paper Paper Cutter Exacto Knife or other blade for cutting Pencil Ruler Glue or Glue tape Cutting Mat 1. Cut a piece of paper 4.75 inches by 6.25 inches 2. Measure 0.75 inches from the long side edge and mark with a pencil. Do this on both edges. (see video) 3. From the top (short edge) Mark 2.75 inches and 3.5 inches with a pencil (see video) 4. Score all lines marked 5. Mark a curved line at the top (I used the side of an oval template) and cut it out. This makes it easier to take your tunnel card out of the envelope. 6. Cut edges of the small tabs with a blade (see video) 7. Apply Glue or glue tape to the small tabs, fold them up and attach them to the long side tabs on one side (see video) 8. Apply Glue or glue tape to the side tabs on the opposite side and attach (fold over and cover) the opposite side tabs forming your envelope. See video)
