🖋️Weekend Mini-Challenge 🌟 (Patreon)

If you need a little challenge this weekend, I have one for you! Find 3 objects that remind you of Fall. Use these three objects to paint a pattern. I did this same exercise when I was in college. I found a feather, a twig with a few berries on it outside in my yard, and in my craft stash, I found a tiny little styrofoam bird. I sketched out a few thumbnails with the objects arranged in different patterns until I found one that I really liked. Then I painted the pattern on a large board.

This exercise made such an impression on me that I'm passing it on to you 30 years later! I hope you give it a try. It doesn't have to be complicated. Make it easy and have fun.
