🎃🖤 Three spooky Jack-O’-Lanterns, a handful of acrylic markers, and one VERY happy artist!

I've been experimenting with black mixed media paper lately, and friends, I think I might have a problem. 😂 There's just something magical about watching those bright colors pop against a dark background! What started as a little creative experiment is quickly turning into an obsession. Send help… or more black paper!

For this project, I grabbed my acrylic paint markers and painted THREE spooky Jack-O’-Lanterns that are ready to bring a little Halloween mischief to the art table. 👻🎨

I love how the black paper gives these pumpkins a different kind of glow and lets the colors really show off. It's such a fun way to play with contrast, experiment with color, and discover what happens when we step outside our usual art routines.
