[FM26] West Ham with Emergency Rebuild (Patreon)

Following a catastrophic Premier League campaign that ended with relegation to the Championship, West Ham United has entered a complete rebuilding phase after the club’s ownership approved the sale of virtually the entire first-team squad.

The financial impact of relegation, combined with high wages and growing pressure from supporters, forced the board into a drastic decision: reset the club completely and begin a new long-term project from scratch.

In a massive fire sale worth around €100M, many of the club’s biggest players were moved on to stabilize finances and prepare West Ham for a new era focused on sustainability and rebuilding.

The Hammers now face one of the toughest challenges in English football — escaping the Championship with an almost entirely new squad.
