[FM24] Promotions & Relegations 26/27 (Patreon)

This custom FM24 file refreshes your save with the latest confirmed promotions and relegations across the major leagues (England, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Brazil). UCL, UEL, UECL have the incorrect teams mostly due the old format so have that in mind.

The aim is simple: align your starting database with the most accurate competitive landscape possible.

Take charge of your favourite club in a setup that mirrors the current football hierarchy and experience a save that feels properly grounded in today’s reality.
