Like childhood friends
Idea: Holly and another girl are playing the poison roulette game from Princess Bride over something. The posion is instead Holly’s potions and naturally, makes them need to poop. Holly has potioned both cups, and makes the other girl desperate and poop herself. She gloats about having a built up immunity, but the potion works on her too, leading her to be desperate and pooping herself.

Could be Kohara as the other girl, I think she’d be into having a fun game testing out Holly’s new potion.
