All you need to know about every build and talent for Dehaka! Lots of Dehaka specific tips and tricks and playstyle explanations as well! Dehaka is a Tier S solo laner with his global power. He has tanky and mobile builds, and can spec into defense or offense, lots of options here!

3/12/2025 Patch - As of this Patch you can pick Pack Leader on level 16, as it got buffed from 20->40 armor which is huge value. Any map where there is a lot of bushes I prefer Pack Leader at 16 now. Others 16 talents are still viable if not enough bushes on map.

7/29/2025 Patch - Level 1 Movespeed bonus from Enhanced Agility reduced from 5 to 4 seconds. Went from OP talent to very strong talent, still very good.

9/30/2025 Patch - Dehaka Z Cooldown was increased from 75 to 240 seconds, but cooldown is also now reduced by 40 seconds per regen globe picked up. Make sure to pick up every regen globe while double soaking. This doesn't change any of the builds I mentioned in the video, Dehaka is still very strong.

Great guide and overview over the quite diverse talent choices for Dehaka! Couple of things I'd like to add: If you go W build, I think you should take Hero Stalker at 4. The talent not only gives you more essence for takedowns, but also essence every time your W hits an enemy hero. Since the goal of W build is permanent W uptime, this gives you a lot more essence and helps you quickly refill if you're forced to use your essence to heal. Second thing: if you press W, your hitbox is disabled and you can move through heroes. This can help you guarantee hitting tongues even when in the middle of a minion wave if you can hug the enemy hero so that your hitboxes overlap. And lastly, if you're splitpushing and have nobody in your lane, Q actually does a nice amount of damage to buildings and with Feeding Frenzy, you can get it back rather quickly. So it's just a small thing to keep in mind to improve your push power.

Don't forget, you can use your tongue on buildings if you aren't going to use it any time soon. It's not much, but coupled with CDR on tongue it's pretty nice.

Any changes on the builds since the reworks/nerfs? Pack Leader on level 16 got buffed to 40 armor. Does this make it the best/default level 16?

Yes Pack Leader is my preferred one now on maps with a lot of bushes, however if you are there arent a ton of bushes or you are in end game scenario where you think you have to fight inside your their base or your base(where there are no bushes) then the others are fine too.
