If you want to see a real game example of how to use Kerrigan and what things you should be looking out for, I talk about some of them in this Grandmaster game that I played with Kerrigan!

Excellent Analysis! Could you include what was going through your mind during the draft, that made you choose Kerrigan. You did it at the end of this video, and I believe it would be a great talking point for the other heroes as well. I.e Kerrigan is the best on shrines due to E build, and we our team has great lock down. Also what could they of picked to counter you, after you picked Kerrigan. I run in to issues where I play the same char constantly because comfort > advantages, and advice and tricks like these would persuade me further to branch out. Thanks again!

Kerrigan is so much fuuuun! Thanks for the VOD Analysis :)

Yes, I agree with this, but I feel like it maybe a little tedious because of so many factors in play. I think grouping heroes together in their appropriate category and thinking about the unique situation helps a lot with this. So for example, based on the drafting videos, Kerri is a MA, so avoid playing her vs heavy CC comps or big maps. Obviously, shrines is her best map, I would say maybe Tomb/Towers/DK are good maps too. I'd avoid BoE/Braxis because if you go Q hard to finish it in time.

Probably the hardest thing I learned as a Kerrigan main was patience once I hit a combo. It is so easy as Kerrigan to just waste your Qs on the targets you comboed without getting too much shield value. One particular mistake I was doing was spamming Q just the the target I comboed without waiting for the AA from between and without Qing the other heroes close enough to give me that extra splash AA damage from lvl 1 talent. Despite being such a high APM hero, Kerrigan I found as the perfect hero to train my patience and get rid of my horse-glasses tendencies. When it comes about counters DW at least for me (a mid gold player) I find him as a complete pain in the ass, since a good DW player usually waits for you to go in and after just burn you to death with Q. Other than that I got much into following enemy abilities CDs, only later to realize that Kerrigan suffers from nasty slows due to inability to chase. Maybe I still need to work up my discipline on playing her.

Absolutely, waiting for the AA in between Qs is very important if you have time to, adds a lot of extra dmg and shielding
