Mental health naked slow mo - Patreon exclusive (Patreon)

Messing around below the weir we captured these and we thought they were fun.

I've had to uninstall and reinstall the vimeo app and now the videos will upload again. I've recorded quite a bit of the next Gold fitness video, only for it to be lost. So I need to record. Mum is out of hospital, not well enough for visitors, even me which is sad, but I've made good use of the weather being still amazing and carried on sanding. Had to get some 180 sandpaper from the boatbuilder to try and get the antifoul off. It's a long job prepping the boat.

I will endeavour to put the fitness video up by the end of the weekend.
