This was definitely a worthy sequel to the first film! Like the first film, I absolutely adore all the "normal" family moments the characters have and the way they interact with each other. Having Elastigirl doing hero work with Bob struggling to take care of the kids was awesome. Enjoy :)

This dropping on the first morning of my holidays makes it even more perfect!

You should react to The Lego Movie next

Hey man always love watching movies with you, makes the lonely moments feel less lonely. I would love to see you watching some more of miyazakis films, particularly howls moving castle and princess Mononoke would be so great! (Howls moving castle is my all time favorite movie hehe)

Teej

I love the raccoon scene. 😆

Hazy

Big YES to the Miyazaki films. Also since you've reacted to Coraline, Kubo and the Two Strings is another great stop-motion film. That's my favorite. Lots of action and heart like The Incredibles :)

Teej

I was in the musical Kinky Boots last year in the ensemble and one of the roles I played was the Milan fashion show stage manager… Edna Mode was definitely my inspiration. 🤣

Hannah

I like to imagine that his name Jack-Jack alludes to the familiar phrase ‘Jack of all trades’ because he has so many powers.

i think ive only seen this once in the theater when it came out but i distinctly remember being SO happy when i realized it picked right up from where the first one ended many years ago. it's such a good way to start a sequel

ej

Edna is, has, and always will be the goat!

Once again, the Underminer was voiced by the "GO TO" voice actor at Pixar; John Ratzenberger, the guy who played the mailman in "Cheers". Jack-Jack in this one was phenomenally good. Edna is SO interesting, and I adore the character. AND...the raccoon is awesome! The raccoon reminds me of Scrat from Ice Age. Just as good as the first Incredibles!! Great reviews, reactions, and summary as always Oscar! Thanks for reacting to this one right away after the first one. Continuity is a thing eh Oscar? LOL....Brian

Fenixnade

This movie is amazing, and was my first date with my fiance!

The Incredibles 3 has been officially announced. I am so excited, easily my fav animated movies

Rhetorical Thrill

The "Mr. Mom" scenario with the wife going "back to work" was great, and I wish they'd focused more on that part. They should have dropped the superhero ban legislation stuff because I think the focus on that was convoluted and detracted from the family stuff, which is the strongest part of this story. They also could have shown Bob struggling in his new role without regressing his character growth. Yes, Evelyn is a terrible villain. Her motives make no sense, her being a "twist" villain was clearly telegraphed and hamfisted, and the characters' powers and abilities weren't used properly because they needed to fit things around the Evelyn storyline. Again, not a terrible movie, but this one could have been way better.

Shanae K.

Just curious. What superpower would you like to have?

2026-09-09 13:00 I had never watched the movie's last 5-10 minutes until this reaction. It's probably controversial, but I do prefer this movie to the first one,

Random comment, weird representation from Better Call Saul with the voices for the agency guy and the sponsor

You should watch the short movie Auntie Edna. It's shows what happens while Jack Jack is whit Edna. It's hilarious!
