This was loads of fun! Sure the concept of arcade game characters having lives outside of their games was cool but I just adore the core message about self-love and how a "bad guy" can be a good person, and that's enough. Enjoy :)

Love this film!! It's so wholesome and love the exploration of the characters. My favorite character is Felix. Really hoping to get a reaction soon of The Princess & The Frog. Tiana is one of my top disney princesses and I also love Prince Naveen. I think you would adore that movie.

If you’re looking for another underrated animated gem, Treasure Planet was made by the same people who made Hercules, and they made Hercules with Disney on the condition that they be allowed to make Treasure Planet next. It was entirely a passion project, and was one of my favorite movies as a kid. It’s a re-telling of Treasure Island with a sci-fi steampunk theme that also has 3D elements!

i remember in elementary school towards the end of the year i feel like starting around like 2nd or 3rd grade, the grades would get to vote on a movie to go see and in 6th grade i think, we choose to go see this movie and i remember it was sooo much fun literally everyone loved it

Really loved what you said at the end about thinking one needs to do or achieve something to be loved. I ran straight into burnout trying to excell at two uni degrees simultaniously for pretty much that reason and it was a really shocking wake up call, when I realized that got me nowhere except for even more shitty mental health. So your comment at the end resonated with me a lot. On another note: I watched this while on a long train ride that would have been super boring otherwise, so thanks for the great reaction😊

I love this movie its so cute. Vanelope is my favorite 💖 racing games are my favorite and my favorite color is pink so sugar rush is right up my ally. There was hints throughout the movie to hint that king candy was really Turbo. Whats really sad to note is that since the cybug turns into what they eat, it turned into the sergeants husband so she basically had to kill her husband.

I LOVE that Rihanna's "Shut up and Drive" was in this when Venelope learns to drive!!! FUN FUN FUN movie. It is another movie that a kid would dream up....I loved "cough drop" the one Ralph licked, and chewed...sour apple was his flavor...LOL....and when he said "it's like sandpaper" when Ralph licked him! I laughed till I choked!

I'm so glad you loved this movie! I also not only recommend the sequel, but another movie called Ready Player One (if you haven't seen it already). Besides video games it has a lot of pop culture references and a great soundtrack!

The way you reacted to pussy willows! 😂 It's funny, I take for granted how that name might raise some eyebrows if someone wasn't familiar. But they're actually a plant, one of my mother's favorites, so I grew up with them in the house for years. They're thin, long, almost wooden-like stalks covered in grey furry catkins that are so soft to the touch. So *technically* a totally G-Rated word but still---coming from that sergeant, it does sound almost vulgar 😂

This film is really great, especially the characterization of both Ralph & Vanellope. Also I'm gonna be honest, I really didn't vibe with Felix at the start, people like him don't realize they're part of the problem when they pretend to be nice to the outcast while simultaneously helping to cast that person out. I also just don't like golden spoon perfect characters in general, so I didn't like his character at all until he finally showed empathy to Ralph.
