I might get flak for this cause most avatar lovers defend it so mightily, but I'm not a Aang/Katara fan. I know the writers are "writing" it into existence, so it's the story we have, but it's not realistic. She is 14, he is 12. think back to your childhood....no 14 year girl looks back at a 12 year boy with a crush. they look up to the freshman and high school boys for crushes...maybe if the writers made her younger, or made him a few years older....then it would be believable. it's a kid's show so it's whatever...it certainly doesn't ruin the show or lose any point's with me...just an observation..i literally watch this show every year lol. I actually don't know how it's gonna translate to the live-action series with audiences.

I love Kyoshi so much, and her mentality of "yes I did it, and i'd do it again!" I'm so sad you stopped at ep 5 but I can't wait for you to watch episodes 6-11. They're my favourite of the whole show

I'm sure a lot of the reason Zuko starts stealing is because he is used to living a rich lifestyle and not wanting for much, but I think a lot of it is also for his uncle's sake. Like yes, Iroh was fine with singing and dancing for his dinner, and called the guy who did that to him a "nice guy", but what that guy did was still degrading and cruel, and Zuko did not like that. That's why he's the first guy he goes after, to get back at him and also to take his dual swords. Then he continues to steal from others so that he or Iroh don't have to be humiliated begging for money anymore. It's not right or good, but it's better than him just doing it for himself
