Every song in this film slaps!! I couldn't help but feel like this is the best Disney animated film in recent years due to the incredible story, the catchy songs, the unique characters and the deep themes at the core of this story. Enjoy :)

If you liked the music I would recommend checking out more stuff from Lin-Manuel Miranda. He is an absolute genius! He created the musical Hamilton for example and starred in it as Hamilton himself. It is also available on Disney Plus and it is just amazing. All the songs are more than awesome!

Rhetorical Thrill

I love that you noticed the big difference between the real origin of the miracle and the sanitized version that they show at the beginning. The anguish on young Abuela's face is a feat of animation because like you said, you can feel it in your soul. I've seen more reactions to this movie than any other (it's actually what got me into it) and no one so far has really noticed it.

Can I advocate for you to include a timer with your reaction videos please? That way it is easier to line up where you are with where I am when watching. Either that or have some audio (even if turned down a bit).

I don't know how I missed it until now, when I have seen this movie at least 20 times, but for anyone as oblivious as me: At the end it is Antonio who leads Mirabel to the door, mirroring the scene early in the movie when Mirabel leads him to his door, in a way giving back all the comfort and support she has given him. I just think that is such a beautiful little detail :)
