Tarathial Item Preview - Charnel Crown (Patreon)

Tarathial has melded many bodies together into a horrifying, scuttling ring of stitched-together creatures, trapped in an agonized spiral that viciously attacks anyone in its path.

The minds as well as the bodies of its victims have been transformed so that these charnel crowns will defend Tarathial against any threats.
