Book 3 kicks off and I’m already hooked. I loved the characterization for Katara and her father and Aang had some great moments too. Episode 2 pulled me right in with the focus on Zuko and Azula and you can really see Azula playing her little mind games. I’m crossing my fingers that Zuko and Iroh can reconcile at some point.

47:33 i love that in this scene it looks like zuko is inprisoned and iroh is free

Its beautifully symbolic and representative of their mind sets throughout Book 1 and 2..so good.

Roronoa Zoro

There symbolism in the scars on zuko and aang. Zuko’s scar is on his face, symbolizing him constantly running towards what he believes to be his destiny. Meanwhile aangs scar is on his back, symbolizing how he’s run away from his own destiny before

Hide really thought Aang was a pushover lol glad he got what he deserved. I also love Sokka’s “Wang Fire” identity 😂 btw you may have noticed that Aang’s headband is upside down to look like his arrow.

Sokka is such a vibe. I didn't notice that about the headband. Nice catch.

Anriku

That's amazing. 👏
