You misunderstood what was being said. When they said 'The One', they were talking about the one Master Control Nanite BK had. Basically, that one guy was insinuating that the other guy would take it for himself.

Really great episodes for the plot. “Enemies Mine” is a favorite of mine because of the villain team up. Hunter Cane and No Face are big threats along with Gatlocke, who’s hilarious, but Valve the Biker…is 3rd rate lol. He was out of the final fight once Rex took down his motorcycle.
