Actually, the hospital scene at the end is the same scene that took place in episode 1 after he got into the car crash by the yellow vehicle, sooo possibly.. he be dreaming or in a coma of some sort since episode 1??🤯 This show is sooo good and it’s only early spring 😭

Anriku

If that's really him all the way back in episode 1 then Truck-kun did a number on him. Damn... this show is cooking!

Anriku

After thinking about it, I think Baku's death resets himself back to his coma state. Feels like Re:Zero if that is what's happening.

Maskedman

the person that plays human Zero has only been in one other thing, and that is some show called GARO

Wasn't the lady saying something about nightmares and reality merging? Also the demon lord did come out into reality, so probably the nightmares have already merged into reality. Could be wrong and misremembering though.

CRy0

Yeah. When he was in the coma from the black hole, he wasn't injured he was just asleep in his bed for a while rather than in the hospital and patched up.

I'm surprised as to how much people get shot with real non-toy guns here. Especially in a "kids" show (but Yuya Takahashi does write his shows complex for an older audience.). It's just odd to see given how guns are banned in Japan for non law enforcement.

J Man

Also, the next episode, episode 25? That's the reason why Yuya Takahashi is the GOAT! I wouldn't mind this person writing a feature Hollywood film if he had a chance. Or even an anime.
